Too add, most trousers are going to seem too long when you don’t have shoes on, but if you put on a pair of sneakers or boots I’m sure you’d find that they’re the right length.

At least a few since my nearest denim specialist makes an advertising point of the fact they have an antique union special sewing machine specifically for hemming jeans.

A lot of high quality denim brands make their jeans extremely long (like 37+ inch inseams) so that you can hem them to size. its to cut down costs of having to produce one of every length because high quality denim is made in small production batches because expensive and niche. OPs pants are clearly not that though.
