I've always wanted to get into STALKER (especially now because I'm playing Metro Exodus, which isn't the same but I'm sure shares a lot of similarities) but yeah....I installed Anomaly once and loaded it up and just felt lost and uninterested immediately. No explanation or anything, admittedly I didn't give it much of a chance and thought it looked pretty ugly. I'll say though, I didn't give it a chance.
My issue with trying GAMMA is "400 mods" doesn't sound like a good thing so much of an absolute clusterfuck of 100 different settings panels, a giant learning curve of not only Anomaly itself but I assume a shitload of new mechanics and interactions added by GAMMA which probably aren't explained well... How bad is it to get into it with 0 exp?
