I’ve been wearing Ralph Lauren quarter zips like that since the late 90s, I would assume this is just another old trend that has come back in style. This is why I wear the same clothes I wore in high school, everything makes its way back eventually.

Yeah it’s not something that people who are into fashion are wearing. I don’t even really think there’s a good way to style this in a personal way. You just wear it with jeans or khakis and call it a day, and the reason it’s gaining popularity is partially due to the lack of effort needed combined with the fact that it makes it look like you’ve got your shit together.
