Manager says he'd never hire a 21+ year old with no job experience Posted on May 23, 2023 by Anonymous Is it over for me as a 22 year old NEET? What do I do now?
Mcdonalds will hire you
You wish lol, McDonalds standards are pretty high. Maybe Walmart and I even know a few people who got rejected from there.
He's right but at some point the only people with some experience hiring for a job like this is gonna be immigrants
>just build a time machine
lol. I have no horse in this race since I've been an engineer for over a decade, but what an obnoxious cunt this person is, damn.
this clown acting like the retail position he's hiring for isn't entry level is hilarious
he must be an amerislime, i can't imagine a euro talking like this
1: what the fuck
2: how the fuck
3: 20 and never worked... shit
>We have to make our jobs easier
this is the ethos of all boomerscum, women and nepo babies that got hired through connections. a job is not about filing a role but also picking up for these unskilled bags of meat that cant be let go because theyre not entirely useless. america needs a real depression that collapses their financial stability
>We want people with experience
>Refuses to hire people with no experience
>Get stuck in a vicious cycle where nobody wants to hire you.
I was in a situation where I wanted to work, but boomer mindset like this made it is nearly impossible to get my first job. I swear I applied to over 100 places just to get my first job at a crappy McDonalds.
Also this guy is a piece of shit. It should take more than two weeks to train somebody, and if the manager does not like what you do it is his job to tell you how to do your job better or sack you.
He just wants a perfect employee without having to do any training on his part, and its a fucking retail job. How hard can it be to greet customers, restock merchandise, check out customers, and push promotions to customers. Its not hard and he is just a greedy israelite.
I pray for the day that AI absolutely cucks that little cunt homosexual and makes him redundant. His job doesn't make him as important as he makes himself sound.
>Its not hard and he is just a greedy israelite
this is the kind of arrogant idiot that needs to be executed via firing squad
I'm 32 and established so I'm not here to seethe, but the OP in these images is just 21 and mad at college students. I don't see why anyone here is mad at his opinions. I've worked shitty retail jobs and they hire people that are high during interviews, a clean uni student or fresh grad is an easy hire.
Maybe he does have the power to not hire people, but it'll be at his loss just to "get back" at people that went to college.
people work while going to college don't they?
These guys are assholes, these are low skill jobs, even women do them, fuck these guys.
>Walmart wage letting the most authority he'll ever have go directly to his head.
Pretty pathetic tbh. Imagine having this much of a superiority complex over being a hiring manager for a retail chain.
This is the type of woman that gets killed by co-workers once they start seeing how souless and a piece of shit she is.
Femicides are unironically justified if they make a net positive in this world by getting rid of gatekeeping femoids addicted to social media.
He's just enjoying a power trip.
this lmao you're all retarded
imagine getting demoralized by a 21yo who thinks he's the shit because he's a "hiring manager" at mcdonalds
This redditor needs a firm beating
It's funny I had years working in other jobs like food service and a retailer rejected me because I had no retail experience even though most of the same service and inventory skills applied.
Monkey could do the job if it knew how to read.
At the same time it is actually surprising how many people actually can't do retail or fast food properly at all. And these people NEVER get fired as long as they keep showing up. These managers take it way too seriously but they hire the most braindead idiots anyways.
>21 year old
>hiring manager at a retail store
lol why should I care about this person's opinion?
The only reason a uni grad won't get hired is if he has made it clear he's not going to stay around for more than a couple of months.
He's either a larper or a shit employer who can't be bothered to train people. No wonder he's on leddit
Ok then you can't bitch at me for not getting a job. Sorry.
>wow dude GROW UP and get a heckin job
>ugh no of course i won't hire you at this entry level position we have standards
total hiring manager death
what the fuck is this absolute fucking nonsense?
Why is the west such a shithole?
Because everything is controlled by greedy "human" trash
naggers, fags, and israelites are given first say on every social policajrm4y
>I'd never hire a 21yo student with no work experience
>There's a shortage of staff right now
lol, things like this are why society is much shittier than it needs to be. Guess Mr. Goldberg can't afford to train an employee for his minimum wage job
kek you spotted it too. Doublethink and he doesn't even realize it.
You're asking the fish how to catch fish. 21 year old hiring manager at a retail store, this kid doesn't know shit. One lie on the resume and you're past him.
>people skills are so so SO important
This is just a symptom of being low IQ. The guy is obviously stupid being that he is working retail while also defending the job as not being "simple." He lacks theory of mind and so it pisses him off when he encounters someone who lacks knowledge he possesses. He thinks "I know this so everyone else knows this as well! What is wrong with you? Why are you inconveniencing me by pretending to not know?" He views it as a slight against him because he genuinely can't imagine a situation where your experience and knowledge are different than his.
Join a trade. Go to a college or union and try to land an apprenticeship. You will build up your skills, they will hire because not a lot of men are working these jobs anymore and you will actually be doing something of significance unlike homosexuals who work retail. You will make way more money, have higher prospects for a career and will just have a better career in general. Fuck these retail fags acting like they are working hard jobs that require lots of skill and aptitude lmao, this dude is acting like it would be hard to train someone to stock shelves, take inventory and work a cash register. Sounds like he thinks hes the shit because he is a hiring manager at sport check but really this dude makes just above minimum wage and is probably quite retarded.
It doesn't matter (yet). I'm speaking in terms of actual jobs not minimum wage retail garbage. You shouldn't be wasting your time with retailshit jobs anyway so who cares who they will or won't hire? You're still young enough where if you get back in school you should be done by 26 at the latest, at which point you can start working an entry level professional job like any other 22-23 year old and it won't be weird. Just take a deep breath, think for a short while about what you might like to do with your life get started on that thing. Start now though, because if you try to do this shit at 30+ then it actually will be a problem. Do not focus on landing some bullshit service job. No future employer will ever care that you did that work, you won't save up any meaningful amount of money and you will learn nothing that you can take to any real job. Mr. Retail Manager will still probably be doing that same shitty job 20 years from now. Only boomer scumbags who are trying to trick you into wasting years of your life shill the retailpill. Instead, focus on learning a skill as quickly as possible so you can get started on a real career. Do or load up on classes in some non meme STEM major at your local uni so you can be done by 25.
>BUT MUH RESUME GAP
There is no gap on your resume unless you put it there for some retarded reason. Just say you were working at a store that closed, or running a small business for like two years after high school, or teaching English in Cambodia etc. No one will ever check or give a shit.
I'm 31 and haven't had a job in almost a decade because that job was traumatizing to me. I have a Bachelor's degree and several different certifications (trying to get into IT, have A+ and Sec+) but I feel like it's way past over for me.
If you're near a major city in your country, look up non-profit orgs for work. They're always in need for IT staff. Granted, you're going to get paid well below market value but its something.
Staffing agencies help a lot. Just Google "IT staffing agencies" and submit a resume to all of them (Ranstad, Robert Half, Adecco etc, there are like 20+ out there). A little bit of resume finessing (you were doing IT consulting, you were teaching English in Botswana, you were helping your dad run the family business etc, any lie will do) will help. You can also change careers to something tangentially related to IT that requires a bachelors (teaching, for instance). There's a huge shortage of teachers right now. Grad school is also an option if you don't mind blowing more cash. The fact that you have a degree makes it 10x less over for you than a true 30+ NEET who doesn't have anything. It's not about the knowledge, it's just so much easier to fraud as a "normal" person if you have any sort of degree.
Thank you, anons. These help a lot.
grossly oversaturated. stop telling people to do IT
what exactly? How am i supposed to know the job market? How am i supposed to know what people do in this fake economy? I have no friends, my parents are divorced and distant. I have no connection to reality.
I'm in Europe, i even voluntarily went to a meeting about "current market conditions" at a local government job center, i verbatum asked the organiser what jobs are needed around my city that i could train for, and she couldn't answer me beyond "retail". This is clownworld.
It doesn't even matter so much, it just helps establish you as part of the "higher" class of citizen that doesn't have to do retail wagie work. Every school has an internship office or a career center. Pick any major, start taking classes and use the school to set you up with some bullshit internship doing literally fucking anything in an office. When you graduate that place or somewhere similar will hire you. That's what the average normie does. I'm not saying it's super fun or exciting but that's the path to economic normiedom. Pick some shit like nursing or accounting where it's 100% clear what job you're supposed to be doing after graduation and the school should be able to help you get set up.
Okay, i'll look up those schools (i think they're called post-highschool trade schools in my country), thanks for an answer which is better than that of my parents.
>get an apprenticeship at 21 with zero work experience
He'd last a week.
No, it's absolutely fine to be 21/22 without work experience looking for an entry-level job.
1. these jobs are easy as fuck (although often tiring and potentially stressful), you will immediately realise that most the people working around you, and even above you, are borderline-retarded.
2. you can lie on your CV. they rarely check. if you have a friend, get them to fake answer. or say they will only respond via email, or just say the place closed down or your old boss left the business.
3. if you don't want to lie about that. Just make up some other bullshit. You have been dealing with the loss of a loved one. You had a serious injury. You have been focusing on school, sports, etc.
The simple fact is. As long as you don't sperg out, most places will be keen as fuck to hire you.
>you can lie on your CV. they rarely check.
this. retards on here are constantly afraid of lying on resumes, but at my first ever job, the #1 advice i got from coworkers and even my dad when i said i had little work experience was "just lie".
seems to almost be an unwritten rule based on how casually this advice was given by everyone i spoke to
What a giga homosexual
i have a gap in my resume thats starting to worry me.
just say you fucked up your knees while lifting or something and you couldnt work a job lol.
say you fucked up your knees at the dick sucking factory
This guy is just a loser basedboy redditor. Hes blowing a lot of warm air
>I'd never hire a 21 year old
>there's a shortage of staff right now
fucking normalfags man...
>Hiring manager at retail store
This is why he's in the position he's in, because of that thought process.
Then they will go on to complain about how no one wants to work. Boomers are like women. Standards are so high they price everyone out. Dumb nagger doesn't realize we just went through a 2 year pandemic.
>shortage of staff
>i would never hire
Based. Fuck these stupid prideful shitheads and their hypocritical nature.
so they're letting 21 year old roasties gatekeep jobs? lmfao no wonder the economy is collapsing so fast
>retail jobs arent meant to be a first job
>retail jobs arent simple
THE ABSOLUTE STATE
lol no the fuck it is not, that guy is just a bitch.
t. was a store manager in the same age as him and never had problems whenever I could actually do hiring s
These people don't deserve your respect and, in turn, your honesty.
> Personally, the first 20 seconds of an interview determines whether I'm going to hire someone or not.
Imagine being this dismissive to another human being that is clearly struggling yet is trying to find work despite how difficult it is for them.
I'm a 32 year old NEET with no work experience. I've spent the last month trying to change that but literally no one will hire me, even for the most basic entry level minimum wage positions. As soon as they find out I've got no work experience their mood completely changes and they just quickly go through the rest of their questions. It's literally over for me.
This is why you have to lie on interviews anon. Everybody does it. You actually have to.
I can't lie. When I lie it's super obvious.
It's completely legal to fake job experience. I've done it all the time. This has worked for me on high-skill jobs, -if you're applying to a low income job, there is almost 0% chance of getting found out, and even if you do nothing bad will happen. You can literally have gpt-4 write you a resume and job history.
Here's a pro tip that I didn't understand when I was young. The world runs on BS. Start getting used to BSing now. Look at Elon Musk - became the world's richest man purely by bsing everyone.
It looks bad, yeah. You're supposed to start doing some bullshit cash register jockey nonsense at like 15 or 16 for 10 to 20 hours a week.
Is it over, no. Are you going to run into this exact prejudice over and over again while interviewing for anything with the slightest bit of competition, yes.
these are the foids rejecting you because you aren't attractive while getting paid to do nothing kek
I have never once told the complete truth on my resume. I have always, since day 1, fabricated at least a little bit of it and I've never had problems getting employed. Just lie.
>MUH HECKIN PEEPOL SKILLS
It's not over but you can't careermaxx. You need to lifemaxx instead. Get a job as a bartender or something, make friends and have lots of fun. You probably won't make a bunch of money (who cares, your parents are probably rich anyway) but you will be happy.
amazon always hiring.
McDonalds or parking attendant. If they reject you, go to a work center like WorkSource in California or JobCentre in the UK. There are places that will literally hire you on the spot or just ask the equivalent of "are you retarded?" questions.
Yea I did that over the summer all 4 years of college, as no normal place would ever hire me, absolutely never. You basically get put in a shitty warehouse with sub-90 IQ shitheads, 60 hours a week, and sweltering heat with no ventilation, but it's much better than nothing.
Who fucking cares what a 21 year old thinks? I was NEET until 27 and i got a programming job. Not saying every NEET can do what I did, but its what I am saying is that nothing is impossible.
Put yourself in the shoes of the interviewer. Would you hire yourself?
if it was up to me i'd me take me out the back and shoot me, so i don't think i should be asking myself those kinds of questions
A drunken chimp could do a retail job.
Lmao at this fucking retard.
A sample size of one.
You guys just don't disappoint.
dont work in retail. I will be turning 27 soon and have been a NEET for most of my adult life. i will sooner turn 40 as a NEET than work in retail. anyone who works in retail is miserable and paid 8/hr. not worth it
This. Any job that doesn't provide a path for advancement to a proper career is a waste of time. A 20 year cashier and a 20 year NEET who's suddenly forced to work are in the exact same position in life. Both have no money, no social standing, no romantic appeal to the opposite sex, no qualifications or experience that would allow them to get a better job etc. It's pure wasted time. Never work retail past 18 unless you're also learning a (real) skill on the side and just need a bit of survival money. If boomershits want to argue that those jobs only are for highschoolers, OK fine. I agree with them.
Then work fastfood. From what I hear fast food workers fuck each other all the time.
I got my first job at 29. it's not impossible
Dude is a retard. Businesses are so desperate that they are now hiring school kids and old hags. The big quit is real, count your blessings if you're still getting resumes from people in their 20s.
Are you really going to take a post by a 21-year old on Reddit seriously?
Its not over reddit is fucking gay and not accurate representation of the world. as long as youre not a bubbling retard you can get a job
I'm late 20s and was NEET for a decade and after a long time I somehow got hired in retail. It's only part time and doesn't pay a lot but it's something I guess.
I'm 27 years old and just got hired by mcdonalds, I have never worked in a kitchen or the service industry before either. My life is just starting. 22 year old doomers btfo.
This has more to do with college students being arrogant entitled pricks with god complexes, who think they deserve to be the CEO because their professor gave them a gold star, than autistic neets who just want to be the grunt guy. Fresh college grads today don't know their place and don't know what they don't know, so they fumble through life and blame the system.
I'm a software engineer, to get my first good paying job I lied and said I worked before getting to uni. After uni I was getting payed 3x what my peers where. If you don't lie in your cv, you're retarded and deserve to be poor.
God this is why I will never work in retail/restaurant again. When I was in college I had so many of these guys like pic related as managers. Biggest copers you will ever run into, they feel so insecure about working in a dead end job while all their subordinates are just doing this job to get through school before getting a high paying job. So they do everything in their power to convince themselves that the ones going to school are actually the stupid ones
>tfw 33 year old neet who has never worked a day in his life and was happily leeching off his mother until she suddenly passed away.
My inheritance will last a while but not my entire life, am I completely fucked? I will either need to work or get neetbux and I don't know if I can manage the later.
If it's over $100k you can throw it into QYLD, leveraged at 50%, and you'll earn double what social security pays. You can retire to a trailer.
I don't know exactly what I'll have yet since a new things are still pending legal stuff, but I'll likely have around 120k+ a paid off 150-170k house.
Talk to a RIA, not a financial advisor they're glorified mutual fund salesmen, an registered investment advisor. It'll be like $100/hr and they'll take care of you. Or just throw it all into a covered call ETF like RYLD or QYLD, leverage it at the legal limit of 50%, and collect ~1% to 2% per month. The main downside is if you ever sell it, the IRS will come to your house, tie you up, and rape you, so act like that money never existed. Look into it.
You're fucked. Your lack of work experience will be instantly noticeable and no one will hire you.
Why don't you unironically just commit suicide? It's not like your life is going anywhere if you die anyway.
If it looks like I'm going to homeless or something then yes, I likely will but I'm going to continue to live and consume media as long as I can.
That's pretty pathetic
how much inheritance did you get? use it to get yourself situated but you may need a job down the line
>caring what a 21 year old redditor thinks
your first "job" can be becoming your own financial advisor and developing a budget to make that inheritance money last you as long as possible and be utilized efficiently
You can go and get pretty easy quals for things like truck driving. If you aren't a tard and used your inheritence to buy a home outright and set up a retirement fund, you can live pretty easy with a few quals and low status part time jobs. Get a forklift qual and do casual work there, drive uber eats some nights. You'll be fine.
Why do poor people feel entitled to success? This post is completely reasonable. Literally the only reason you'd be upset about this is if you're also a disgusting poor.
I got my first job at 30. This is incel bait. Just as the hiring manager says he decides if hes hiring someone in 20 seconds.
If you are too shit to make a good impression work on developing confidence in yourself and reduce social anxiety.
you got yor first job when your life was already over lol
There has been several people in this thread that have told you to lie on your resume. Why are you ignoring them? It's not illegal or immoral. Just do it. Unless your just trying to convince yourself that it's impossible to get a job. If that the case, then be honest with yourself that you just don't want to work.
Seems fake. I work in retail and they hire litetally anyone. I have seen genuine retards and illiterates hired.
I'm a terraNEET and I need a job... this post gives me hope...
We are always desperate for people who meet three conditions
Semi-punctual (like 5 minutes late frequently, but not half an hour plus late most of the time)
Semi-reliable (not sick too often, has decent availability)
Average intelligence - hell, even low intelligence. Being able to read already puts you ahead of half the staff.
Most zoomers I work with can't meet the first two, and the ESL's are mostly borderline retarded.
It makes sense if you assume the guy is a retard, and all the people he deals with are retards.
No mf with a degree worth anything is applying for some shitty retail wageslave position. All the 21yos he deals with are ex-cons and total burnouts.
He thinks he's the shit bc he's the king of retards.
We have plenty of Uni students and people who work there as a second job. One thing I find a little questionable is the notion that he is a hiring manager IN a store. H.R. fags usually work out of a central office and all have degrees.
Also we don't hire ex-cons. Some places might, but that's a big no no.
I interviewed for a retail job recently and failed. They had a ton of openings, too. I'm a pathetic waste of oxygen.
Do you live in a small town or something?
Some wagies here live in white towns where theres a short supply of bodies. You and I live near mexicans. I have seen companies in texas interview groups of 30+ at a time. 1 group in the morning, another in the afternoon, then another a bit later. 3 packed interview days per week. This is why we cant get hired. There supply of labor favors the small elite class. They cant waste the time and gas money of thousands of people every month because they can.
fuck im tired from staying up til 3 like the damned NEET i am
At the ShopRite near by my house there's a guy who's limps while walking and he's a cashier. Working retail isn't some kind of achievement, let alone being a manager at a minimum wage job, I'd say being a manager is cuck behavior because you're doing extra work for a 2 dollar increase. Ooooo, so rich.
Based Misato fag, I love her so much <3
Its not over, just become a criminal and dont work in prison if youre american to make the taxpayers like this guy pay for you, they should know already that they should be careful what they wish for
I don't understand how people like OP's pic can just go through like without criticizing themselves. How can he genuinely believe that he is good at his job when he admits to hiring people who lack basic life skills or the ability to work the job. His function at this business is to hire people that are able to do the job, and he just admits that he is incapable of doing this without resorting to cargo-cult rules. Why does he even interview people if the interview is pointless and can't prevent incompetent people from getting hired?
He interviews a 21 year old with no experience. He hires them. They can not do the job. This is his fault, because he hired them. It is his job to only hire people that can do the job. How does he not see this?
bros now that i think about it... im a 28 year old with no job expierience and if i imagine a situation where some fat short bitch or some fuckin nerd with disability will start ironicly approaching my lack of expierience ill beat him up or something
If you ever do, film it so we can fap to it. The walls be sprayed the day I watch a wannabe-important office-space manager reap what (s)he sows.
>I'll never hire someone 20+ with no work experience
>people are desperate to hire
I think I just became a marxist in 5 seconds. Is it own-business or bust for people who didn't work during college?
I got my first job at a supermarket in my 20s and they literally just want warm bodies to fill positions.
how did you go about it tho?
no local supermarkets have jobs listed online...
Look for places with help wanted signs. Ask one of the workers on shift. Sometimes companies have their own internal hiring websites or forms to fill out. Don't rely on shit like indeed.com or wherever you are searching online.
You need to give them a phone call and tell them you applied. At least I think that's what you need to do, I've never done that since I dread phone calls.
I recently got a job doing data entry at a hospital, literal brain dead job. My supervisor went on a rant upon meeting me saying he'd never hire someone who graduated college in the past few years because they only learned through online school, they don't know how to socialize with people, and they cheated their way through school. I spent 1 year job searching before getting this job because I fit that exact criteria, they just really don't want to hire young people.
Got my first job at 24. I lied on the resume/app and said I had been "self employed" as an odd jobs man and listed all the various things I supposedly do, which included shoveling snow, mowing lawns, moving and assembling furniture, home repairs, taking care of pets, etc. These were all things I did once or twice for family and neighbors (and I hadn't even actually been paid in half the cases) so I was able to talk about it during the interview, but I just beefed it up and made it seem like it was a lot more than it really was. I got the shitty retail job and I've been there for 5 years now and slowly moving up in the ranks. Keep in mind that for these types of entry level jobs nobody is actually going to check the references you list, that's only for like big time corporate jobs where you actually need to verify who you are and what you've done. They don't care that much if you're just trying to flip burgers or stock shelves. Just beef yourself up and make it sound like you stay active and you'll be fine.
>get a few interviews through a job search program meant to help experiencelets
>both interviews dont go that well
>wouldnt hire me even though my job wouldve been government funded for the first three months, basically zero risk to the business
i got an overnight job after that (interviewer hired me on the spot) but it was hell (obviously). basically slavery doing warehouse stuff while everyone was living like NEET kings during the pandemic. its what i deserve for being a turbo autist.
It's brutal. The worst part is I bet once you get the job you realise how easy it was to begin with. It's pretty sad all things considered that they have to do these arbitrary tests in order to filter and filter down people until the last 1 or 2.
>taking anything that a redditor says seriously
>browsing reddit in the first place
That manager is a pretentious homosexual. What kind of loser would write 20 paragraphs on reddit about how much of a homosexual he is instead of getting a better job than a "manager at supermarket". He probably hates all those uni students for having better prospects in life than he ever will.
No, try mom & pop joints, indian run liquor stores, shit like that. I have a buddy who lives with his parents, has no drivers license, and didn't start actually looking for a job until he was almost 27. He works at a small town general store now and his life has improved dramatically from it. Not just from the financial aspect (not that it's much). He's unlocked a lot of independence he didn't know he could have. Just keep trying OP. You can even make up/embellish small things for your resume. Volunteer work, under the table stuff. It all counts. You'll find something, bud. Don't worry. A lot of places are desperate for workers right now. (Some) Casinos, movie theaters, and food service will accept anyone with a pulse too.
Imagine asking for prior work experience before it's even legal or possible to work, even fucking drink in some countries.
They audacity of these retards.
So what, if you studied or were busy doing your life you can't work?
Like it takes more than 10 fucking minutes to explain how a fucking cashing register works.
Fuck them, let them cry, seeth and cope.
>Like it takes more than 10 fucking minutes to explain how a fucking cashing register works.
What scared me was the amount of uni students I worked with who couldn't handle even basic jobs like cashier. And people wonder why every institution is crumbling. There wasn't even a pattern - you hire some guy who is doing a faggy liberal arts degree and he picks up everything really easy, but you hire an Asian studying engineering and counting out change is too complex for them. They really need to re-think the higher education scam and invest way more in on the job training for roles, because too many tards simply buy a degree and end up in jobs they suck at and it flows on to the rest of society.
Also another thing I learned was that you are either Chad or you are not. I worked with one young ethnic kid who was tall and good looking. He could do everything in the store effortlessly. Was never sick, always worked hard. He never went to uni bur spent about a year looking for a higher paying job. Ended up doing some construction management apprenriceship. Earns huges amount of money, which of course is all saved for a house deposit and wedding to stacy. Meanwhile I recently worked with a nerdy guy who has had to come back after getting sacked from his proper job, despite having a masters and has tons of credit card debt. He's useless at work, and nobody is surprised at all to hear his life is a mess. He even got delisted from uber eats. Some people can try to do all the right things and they will fail regardless, because they're just natural born failures.
Suppose a NEET gets a job what good decisions can he make with limited money?
It's the oppurtunity it brings to be honest. With continuous source of revenue you can do many things. Save up, afford going out with others. Not even the financial aspect also the social aspect. You can make friends which in turn could help you long-term.
These uppity fucking Redditors acting like they know all about how every hiring manager in the world thinks.
Places are so desperate for staff right now that many of them will hire you without even an interview.
>What do I do now?
Lie Lie Lie Lie Lie Lie
apply for jobs that require a college degree.
I would never hire a nagger so there's that. I mean, they are generally dumb, ignorant fuckheads. And the smart ones are just that much better at stealing your shit.
