thats folliculitis anon. doesnt go away with the usual treatment. go to a dermatologist for treatment. nothing over the counter will work. if it’s not deep folliculitis then your derma will likely prescribe some anti-biotic treatment. if it’s deep then you’re only bet is accutane
Benzoyl peroxide works quickly. Bear in mind it dries out your skin so use it sparingly. Some people said to use SA but I would advise against that because it can temporarily worsen acne. You can also use concealer (NARS is p good) to cover it up on your date night. Good luck friend
