Not 100% sure about this, but I beleive you can’t trademark fashion designs. So in theory a fake CC bag that has no logos should be OK.

Get this Tory Burch bag instead. It may not be Chanel, but it’s still designer and it’s worth your money more than a fake bag that may not even last in quality.
According to my own research, Tory Burch makes an extremely poor choice. It’s very pricey, yet it is made of bonded leather meaning it’s highly unlikely to stay for a long time. I don’t really understand it’s fan club and what do they even find about them, imo the value is very bad.
The alternatives I was considering were bags from Aspinal of London and Pinko. AoL claims that pic related is made out of really nice leather but they only offer the size equivalent of jumbo and mini rectangle flap, and I’m looking for basic b medium size.
As for Pinko, the size seems exactly right, but I’m not sure material wise. They claim it to be made of Napa leather but won’t elaborate further. Plus, it’s missing the woven chain, and overall shape is not quite the same.
