If you've seen picture of the school from when the shooting supposidly happened, the walls and ceiling and generally everything looked like it had been abandoned, water damage, mold etc. I think it was a year or less after the "shooting" it was demolished and they started rebuilding a new school that was finished 2-3 years later

          Here’s your proof:
No anti-gun legislation has passed into law in the ten years since Sandy Hook.

Any acting organization powerful enough to plan, organize, carry out, and successfully cover up a school shooting to the degree that there is no damning evidence even 10 years later, can also be too powerless to actually pass even a single piece if legislation that aligns with their agenda in ten years.

Lol that's not proof, homosexual. And the whole reason anti-gun laws haven't been passed is because gun rights are a VERY hot-button issue that are hard to enforce, and enough people aren't falling for the false flag bullshit for them, to get away with pushing it.

No one is saying every mass shooting in the country is a false flag you dishonest liberal homosexual. Nice strawman. They are saying that this one (and potentially the vegas shooting) are sketchy as fuck.
Read and weep you disgusting, ignorant liberal homosexual:

                https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Northwoods

This country has a long, LONG history of using false flags to push agenda's start wars:

The Spanish American war was started because the USS Maine's sinking was falsely blamed on the Spanish.

Vietnam started because of the gulf of Tonkin incident.

The War on Terror started because of 9/11, which even though it probably wasn't an inside job was still twisted and used by the ruling class to justify 2-3 20 year wars that cost thousands of lives, trillions of dollars, and did benefit us at all.

                >Too stupid to make literally any headway toward enacting their actual agenda, in ten years.

Holy shit you're clueless, the ruling class is not "omnipotent" they still have to manipulate the masses to go along with what they want, otherwise they expose themselves. If enough people are VEHEMENTLY opposed to having their right's stripped it makes the ruling class have a really hard time enforcing what they want because doing so creates too much animosity and exposes them as tyrants.

America's ruling class takes a more hands off approach to power compared to more blatantly authoritarian countries like china/russia, but they still can accomplish much the same goals.

I don't think he is a liberal homosexual. False flags are a real thing, but personally I don't think any of the shootings are false flags. Do I think Fed's have groomed shooters? Absolutely. I still think people were killed and communities suffered. I just believe in evil individuals. Dude isn't pushing for gun control based on his posts. I personally don't feel that our gov't is that capable.

Because if they push too hard on that and the people revolt, they lose everything. I’m not saying that Sandy Hook was a hoax or mass shootings in general, but it’s odd how the spike in them coincides with gun grabs. Sandy Hook was certainly the high watermark as well. Legacy media still had a firm grasp, social media was in its infancy, you had Obama directly pushing for gun control, it was the first time they directly blamed us for gun deaths. So many factors make it the high watermark. But it didn’t work. Parkland felt like another strong push, but it had less effect than Sandy Hook because people were already tired of the politics of it. Now it happens and we know what to expect, we’re all so numb to the same song and dance that it doesn’t even register. So just because they’ve failed doesn’t mean they didn’t try

Sturm, Ruger & Co., Inc. v. Day is a 101 case in court law that says punitive damages cannot be disproportional to actual damages. Considering the actual damages themselves were not realistic, I expect there to be solid grounds for appeal if this issue gets in front of a judge with experience who isn't a blue hair millennial.

      I'm reading they're capped at 750k

      https://www.mcminnlaw.com/damage-caps-in-texas/

      > In Texas, punitive damages may not exceed more than two times the amount of economic damages plus the amount equal to non-economic damages not to exceed $750,000 or $200,000, whichever is greater. For instance, if someone sues a corporation for a brain injury case after suffering an injury due to gross negligence and this person is awarded $1.5 million to cover economic loss and $3 million to cover non-economic loss, then the total amount possible for punitive damages would be $3,750,000 (two times $1.5 million plus the $750,000 maximum amount from non-economic damages).

Maybe that's a shit site, and that doubling part is confusing. I was thinking 4.85, but I guess it might actually be 8.95 million.

The sign is a subtle joke. The shop is called "Sneed's Feed & Seed", where "feed" and "seed" both end in the sound "-eed", thus rhyming with the name of the owner, Sneed. The sign says that the shop was "Formerly Chuck's", implying that the two words beginning with "F" and "S" would have ended with "-uck", rhyming with "Chuck". So, when Chuck owned the shop, it would have been called "Chuck's Feeduck and Seeduck".

    Texas Law: State Constitution

750,000 is the maximum that can be awarded during the punitive stage, per plaintiff. He will only have to pay 1.5 million, and this case will be appealed to the Texas Supreme Court.

Case is being tried in Texas, and Texas caps punitive damage to $750,000. Alex will be liable for $4.85 million. It's just like how this worked in the Heard case...but different state and the cap was around 300k I think.

It caps punitive damages after a guilty verdict.

Alex’s trial never resulted in a guilty verdict, it resulted in a default. Therefore damage caps don’t apply.

    >What Is the Cap on Punitive Damages in Texas?

Back in the old days, whatever the jury decided was the dollar amount you deserved is what you got. In an effort to stop so-called "runaway juries" from hurting businesses, the Texas Legislature placed limits on what juries could award for punitive damages under most circumstances. A law called the Texas Damages Act capped punitive damages in the following way:

Punitive damages are limited to the value of two times the amount the jury wards for economic damages plus...
An amount equal to what the jury awards for non-economic damages (up $750,000).
Or, if the jury does not award any compensation for economic damages...

The amount of punitive damages is capped at $200,000.
Further, the United States Supreme Court ruled in a products liability case that making a defendant pay an absurdly high amount of punitive damages is a violation of the Due Process Clause. While the court did not create a hard and fast rule regarding what is excessive, it's generally regarded as being about 4 times the compensatory damages awarded in the case.

It didn’t have to be demonstrated. Alex never bothered to argue his own case despite ample opportunity to do so, so the verdict was defaulted, which means guilt is assumed.
