No body believed me in 2021 when I said work wear was coming back soon and now here it is. Dipshit zoomers hunting for carhartt and red wings. The trick is, if you don’t want to look like a stupid wearing that stuff you need to beat the shit out of it. By the time it’s worn in satisfactorily, the trend will have moved on. Then you end up like the millennials on r*ddit who refused to let go of the look.

Wearing fast fashion workwear brands is just a symptom of many Americans making their blue collar jobs their whole identity.

Nigga workwear has been in style since the 50s. Yeah, there are going to be nuanced shifts over time in how people dress in workwear, such as the current carharrt and redwing trend, but the staples such as jeans, flannels, and other work shirts have proven to last the test of time. Workwear holds its position as the foundation for modern american/western fashion. Categorizing workwear as simply a fashion trend is kind of a mistake. It’s similar to saying that rock music is dead, but failing to recognize that the fundamental components of rock music such as the specified music gear, scales, and chord progressions still live into today within modern genres of music.

I’m aware but it occasionally becomes a dominant fashion trend. It was THE thing to wear in the late 00s and early 10s. It was the dominant style posted here from around 2009 to 2012. Zoomers are cycling through trends at break neck speed because of the internet.

It isn’t just fashion, zoomers are burning through trends and plundering the last 70 years of pop culture in a desperate frenzy to make online content, what happens when they run out?
I’m sure they’ll grow bored of cycling through 20 year old fashion 3 times in their own lifetimes.

We go back to 20’s fashion ‘ironically’ but then it becomes unironic

The answer is right in front of you. LULZ.com/fa keywords the last year have been motorcycle, terror war, lsd gay, femboy, knock off watch, fragrance clone, skinny inspo. Data mining results get packaged to trend reports then sold back to buyers like Shein, then produced into advertising for tiktok. Every one of those micro trends will have their a niche audience. Ultimately the hebrews win because their the ones with buying and staying power over media influence. And they’re choosing, femboy, white female black male, half hebrew teen movie stars, half hebrew teen social media Louis vuitton shoe collector, pedophilia map acceptance.

More like 5 years, 12 times. Zoomers talk about shit from the mid 10’s as if it were 30 years ago.

Well, we’re about at the end of western culture, so nothing, I guess.

They’re pretty young and are discovering the world. Stuff from early 10’s is half their lives into the past.
