it’s mostly genetics. any affectations beyond your looks will likely come off as gay.
Just focus on skincare and hygiene. having at least medium length hair helps as well.

Genetics. You might be able to get away with plastic surgery if you’re dead set on it, but it’s not worth it since you’ll risk "growing out" of that look in the future.

You need to get on hormone replacement if you want this. Test will masculinize you well into your 30s and your features will just get uglier and uglier.
