I’d go clean shaven if I was you. If you can’t grow thick facial hair you are better off without any.

I’ve been thinking about trying rogaine to make my beard thicker. I hear it kinda smells weird and makes your face look greasy. Maybe it would be worth it for a couple months to see if it makes any difference. I see a lot of pics like this of people having great results.
It might could work but you’d have to use it 2 times a day for the rest of your life to keep the beard. Listen to nature on this one. Can you grow a decent mustache?
I can grow a decent goatee but the hair on my cheeks grows in thin and patchy. I didn’t realize you had to take rogaine for the rest of your life to maintain the facial hair growth. If that’s the case I think you’re right that I’m better off just living with what I have.
I would also advise against goatees.
I rarely grow out the full goatee anymore, I normally go clean shaven or go with something like pic related.

Vintage authentic made in the USA Hawaiian shirts aren’t too expensive these days. Look for a brand called "Helena’s". They were popular in the 80s and made in Hawaii so every boomer that went on vacation bought one and there are tons of them still out there. They had great colors and designs.

while the floral shirts stand out the most, he wears mostly typical western type clothing. just wearing a hawaiian shirt wont get you there
just to add to this, brolin wears a similar style in no country for old men except without the floral shirts. the western style element is more important than the hawaiian shirts
What makes Lalo so stylish and visually charismatic has pretty much nothing to do with his clothes. It’s all in the face and (usually) warm smile

Sounds like you’ve already got a pretty good idea what to do. While he has an enormous screen presence, Lalo is only in like a half dozen episodes, so you could probably find images of every outfit he ever wears without much difficulty at all.
For similar shirts, I’d suggest looking at the clearance section of your local menswear chain. I happen to work for one and I can tell you that loud prints tend to go unsold, so there’s some real gold hiding there.
Sidenote, when El Chapo met with Sean Penn, he wore this blue shirt that (supposedly) became super popular overnight, picrelated. Maybe start there, or with the same company anyway. when I’m about 45 I want to lalomaxx. I’m not Mexican though so I’m afraid all the fruity shirts will come across less cartel guy and more take it in the ass guy. I’ve got 25 years to refine it though.
