Helicopters run turbofan engines just the same as airplanes. Contrail layer is usually higher than a helicopter ceiling though. That photo must either be in Alaska or in sone wonky weather.

then try to average or minmax how much of the stuff is mixed with air, where this air mix is going, what happens with the stuff inside of the air, and how much you can find of it in areas of descent and takeoff directions towards / near commercial airports on the soil

As far as this video goes, idk what to make if it. Lots of aircraft have a ‘smoker’. You hit a button and oil gets dumped into the exhaust stack. Allows the pilot to check the wind condition or be seen easier from distance.
