Been wearing the same Izod Sweatshirt for the past 6 years.
Have had other colors of the same brand but they don’t feel the same as this one.
Wearing it every day when I get home.

LL Bean’s norwegian sweater. I’m too lazy to take care of wool though, and it doesn’t get cold enough for it here.

A charcoal oversized thick merino mockneck sweater, or a simple cashmere v-neck sweater. Good wool makes for great sweaters.

I was thinking 70% wool and part of that being recycled would make it more appropriate for appropriate for hiking and camping whereas 100% virgin wool is nicer and would be better for indoor /fashion/ activities
What are the functional differences between 100% virgin wool vs. a recycled blend?

recycled wool is weaker because it’s used and worn. You can look that up. Nylon sort of makes it tougher just because it’s plastic and it lasts forever. But all this really means is that when it’s old as shit the wool will fall apart and you’ll be left with this plastic skeleton making it unusable anyway. It’s really just a cost cutting move and the fabric doesn’t feel as good.
