        I’m biking every night and I don’t eat sugar, I can’t do fasting though maybe I should push that and actually try to not eat for a few days, but it’s extremely hard I don’t know how people do it

          Even if you starve yourself with long fasts it will make you lose 4 lbs or something a week at absolute best. The only approach that works in my experience is slow and methodical CICO. Calculate your TDEE, subtract 500-1000kcal from that and learn how to count. Pretty easy once you get the hang of it.

          sugar is your friend. just eliminate fat from the diet and you will drop the weight. you can’t fast at all with this method though, your body will going into asian mode (i.e. you have to eat at least 3 square meals of rice a day or you will feel faint).

    Can I get out of skinnyfat with more fasting? Or do I have to do exercise? Like can I get to 15-17 BMI from fasting diet alone?
    I don’t wanna sound lazy, but I’m lazy.
    Also I have lost 50kg so far and a good amount of that has been muscle so lifting anything is very hard.
    My cardio is also shit I can barely last longer than 2-3 minutes in any given exercise.

      Honestly I don’t think you absolutely need to exercise as long as you have the diet dialed in but resistance exercise will help retain the muscle mass if you do. You shouldnt be skinnyfat under 18.5 bmi. If you are then you have shit bodycomp and need to lean bulk for a bit and only then cut otherwise you will look like shit.

      Fasting + strength training is ideal for weight loss. Muscle gain raises your baseline energy consumption so you can keep fat off even after you stop fasting, and no exercise causes muscle atrophy (which means no hungry muscles to consume food right away). Pushups and squats with no weights are enough for the average person. Just start with 10 of each every weekday and work up your way from there.

            Eating too much makes you fatter because you do zero exercise. You sit around on your ass all day. Your body is probably actually in equilibrium right now based on how little you exercise.

            If you actually did some work you’d be able to eat more, put on muscle and still be small. Seriously. You’re not going to become some burly musclehead because it would be such a dramatic lifestyle change for you that I’d put my life savings on you being too pathetic to be able to do it longterm.

          If you don’t have abs at 15 bmi you won’t have them unless you actually bulk and train your core. That doesn’t mean you have to become a 300lbs powershitter but 140-150lbs with traning would make you look thin and good. Losing more weight will just make you look even shittier and send you to a hospital.

      How the heck did I miss this for years? Just pop pills for a few months and boom you’re thin. Way easier alternative than getting surgery to cut up your stomach or annoying injections

      It works pretty good but take breaks from it, abusing adderall for too long turns you into a zombie, you get way worse sleep when you’re on it. Also fyi if you take it long enough there will be some kind of withdrawal, it can heck with your dopamine production, also be careful while you’re on it to not sit around chasing short term dopamine highs all day, it gets really appealing to sit around get stoned and beat off and never leave your house. It’s fun but also not.

    pro tip for any nicotine addict here, nicotine patches are literally a million times more appetite suppressing than vaping/pouches etc, still lose to actual cigarettes and snus though (because tar is literal poison and forces your body to spend calories on recovering from the poison)

      Return to a more balanced diet a week or so before your intended meet him. Be aware that once you begin eating carbs again you’ll gain weight, that’s normal, eat lower carb and the gain will be less.

            By June? Fill in numbers and see what results you get. If you’re really just fat and are not physically active you’ll need to cut a lot lower to look thin. You could lose 10kg by June with diet alone but then you’d need to lose even more. I suggest swimming or rowing for an hour a day while eating more protein at 500 cals under TDEE. Some say lifting is better and apparently having more muscle does raise TDEE but if you’re just fat and sedentary, any consistent exercise will build some muscle. Swimming and rowing are great forms of cardio because they burn the most calories & both work almost every muscle in your body. Cardio also makes sex much better. Five months should be enough time assuming you’re consistent with your intake and exercise.

            Going on holiday in April so wanna be some form of twinkmode by then. I do light calisthenics but not much else. At my current deficit I’ll be able to hit 65 by then. Will an excessive deficit cause me to lose what little muscle I have too?

            ygmi anon. I had the same feeling for cutting 1000 cals out my diet. I just decided I wanted it and switched one day. If I get hungry I don’t even care anymore cause what I’m working towards is more important
