Refund and Returns Policy
Never send returns to our HQ address; the address of the return facility specific to the ordered items will be different depending on where the customer lives. Customer service will explain the exact returns procedure and returns address.
With that said, here are our refund and returns policies:
Damaged/defective product
On a rare occasion a fresh staffer at one of our printers can make a mistake, and we will of course do our best to make it right. A free replacement or a refund of unworn/unwashed items will be offered if the problem is reported to hello@lulz.com within 30 days, along with required photo proof.
Lost in mail
If the product has somehow been lost in transit and is marked as such on the tracking, or delivery can’t be achieved because of some issue outside of the control of the customer, a full refund will be issued.
Invalid customer address
If an order returns because an invalid address was provided by the customer, a refund of the product price only will be issued.
Other returns/exchanges
Returns and exchanges outside of the conditions listed above are not supported.
