Refund and Returns Policy
Never send returns to our HQ address; the return address will be different depending on where the customer lives. Customer service will explain the exact procedure and returns address.
With that said, here are our refund and returns policies:
Damaged/defective product
A free replacement or a refund will be offered if the problem is reported to hello@lulz.com within 30 days, along with required photo proof.
Lost in mail
If the product has been lost in transit and is marked as such on the tracking, or delivery can’t be achieved because of some issue outside of the control of the customer, a full refund will be issued.
Other returns/exchanges
Returns and exchanges outside of the conditions listed above are not supported.
