TempleOS was his life’s psalm, a one-man operating system powered by divine command and compulsion, created with the clarity and chaos that often attend genius unmedicated. He said God told him what to build, and he did so with the ferocity of a zealot and the tenderness of a child.
Terry’s was the old kind, the kind of madness you find in monks and martyrs. The noise tried to drown him, but for a while, he sang louder. He knew pain, he knew beauty, he knew the electric hum of the sacred trapped in circuits.

How it's made
