>Has a few stinkers
Well there are a few albums that I included on there that I haven't listened to in a while / grew out of, but I still consider them essential for the 90s.
No, at one point some of those albums were amongst my all-time favorites, however there are few albums that I have not listened to in a while but they are still considered my favorites for that decade alone.
Yes you were. If it's an album you can "grow out of" then it's not essential.

No I wasn't. When I said "grew out of" that means I no longer listened to it as much as I used to. When I think back to those albums I still enjoy them, and I haven't removed them my 90s catalog, therefore they are essential.

(me)
The only albums that I was referring to were the Radiohead and Jeff Buckley. Literally every other album in that picture I still keep in heavy rotation.
>Has a few stinkers but nobody will come close to topping it
lmfao can list about a million '90s tracks that blow a huge chunk of that shit out the water

just an astonishingly weak list... all that STP RHCP and AiC... one nirvana... pppppffffffffffftttttttttttt love the zoomer grunge revisionism
>He doesn't share the same taste as me....zoomer!!!!
STP and AIC are better than everything you just posted. BSSM is the best RHCP album. Babes in Toyland are okay but L7 completely shits on them. Bleach released 1989 and Nevermind is overrated.
Anyways, here's an updated list of stuff I left out. I made the first chart in like 5 minutes just to bump the thread. I'm probably still leaving things out that I'll remember later on.

It's damn cool to see Hum getting love and recognition.
Interesting picks OP, especially Stasis. I preferred Inspiration but can’t go wrong with any of his stuff. De:Tuned has been releasing old unreleased 90s material of his.
>Carcass as the token metal album
You people make me sick.
90s is my most listened to decade. First half of the decade was the last era of good music.
fuck i forgot to add morbid angel and a few death metal albums
oh well
>slip but no manic compression
any reason why?
i liked slip more
lol fair enough
I take that back, just relistened and it clicked.
I still like Slip more, but this album is a lot better than I remember.
hell yeah. landmine spring and delusional are two of my favorite quicksand songs
I don't even need to make my own chart since this one pretty much does my taste justice anyway.

So you were being dishonest.

>SDRE, Helmet, Hum, Swervedriver, Quicksand, Kyuss
Bro....
it's nice to see others appreciate those bands, good taste bro
so why didn't you
It's damn cool to see Hum getting love and recognition.
Yeah they're a top 3 band for me, right up there with AIC and Soundgarden.
Tried to not repeat albums already posted in the thread.
