The recent interventions in Africa didn't kill or remove any dictators, but simply helped them keep their thrones against muslim terrorist organizations and other rebel groups.

And because their ethnic identity has completely melted away and only a cultural and linguistic identity is left, nothing can save them. At best they can hope for a resurgent Germany to look West, not East and incorporate the remaining white people through assimilation and become a new Frankish or rather Germanic Empire again. Germany would really like direct access to the Atlantic, which will finally allow it to have colonial aspirations again.
