      It's 99% dietary. You need to be willing to change your dietary consumption.

      Exercise will strengthen your body but it only helps a very little bit with weight loss. If you're still eating more calories than you're expending all exercise will do is slow down the weight gain only very slightly.

          You need to work out. Do some weights or join a gym and take the classes. Resistance training.

          But you have to eat to fuel your muscles.

          You need to have courage.

          At the gym I go to there are girls in their early teens that turn up on their own and work out using all of the equipment that the rest of us do...it's not a big deal.

            I do know internally that probably nobody really cares as long as I don't make myself a nuisance on purpose but it's still scary to go to a gym

              Well, you could get weights to use at home, if you have the space and the money.

              But probably the easiest way is to join a gym.

              Where I am, in the classes it's mostly women, and that's where I do most of my exercise (it's only recently that I've been using the weights on the gym floor to try and give some shape to my arms and shoulders).

              The guys generally are on the gym floor, and generally speaking don't go to the classes. It's almost like classes are a female thing. But it might be different where you are?

              The biggest problem I have with the guys in the gym is that some of them want me to check them out all the time (they're very narcissistic). It can get really tiring when someone's constantly trying to get you to look at them? But thankfully there aren't that many who just don't get the message that you just don't want them in your face. I mean I never say that to them out loud; I just make sure to just keep ignoring them.

              But you could get in good shape taking classes at the gym and then later when you'd built some confidence you could get one of the instructors to give you a weight routine.

                The instructors would probably give me a weight routine for a man if they would even give me anything 🙁
                But doing classes to get in decent shape seems like a great idea I might do that sometime
                Also I think that I'd rather look for a regimen online after getting into shape

                Something else you should probably consider is that a lot of the guys who lift and are really muscular are gay.

                Where I am they'd probably be more likely to want to have sex with you than to bully you...but yeah, it might be different where you are.

                I'm lucky because where I am it's very tolerant and inclusive.

                I think that most of the gay ones would be closeted where I live, cause ya know poland stuff
                But I guess that someone trying to have sex with me would be better than bullying? They'd be nice to me

                But yeah...gyms do classes like BodyPump and HIIT and that type of thing. You can do weights in a class.

                If you're aiming for a female physique then, yeah, you'll probably want to take advice online rather than asking an instructor. Put together your own routine....

                ...you'd probably want to avoid too much upper body stuff, depending on the look you were goin for, so you'd probably not need to lift weights on the gym floor...you could probably do it all in classes.

                As for the guys, I wouldn't suggest speaking to them if they're trying to attract you. Just be subtle and basically just ignore them / don't look at them (unless you want to?)

                I kinda want a "very" muscular female look so I'd probably have to do some upper body too
                Just hopefully I won't get too bulky or anything and look bad

                I'm 18 and I think that most gymbros are wayolder than that and idk age gaps are kinda scary but if he was really attractive then who knows

              Resistance training is basically working against resistance; whether with a band or with weights.

              Also, you need to eat because if you don't you'll just end up burning muscle and you'll never get any bigger; worse: you'll probably loose even more weight that you can't afford to loose. You need a certain amount of body fat to protect your joints; but you can still be totally buff and have a healthy amount of body fat.

              If you have a psychological illness that's stopping you from wanting to eat then it's best to seek counselling for it.

              But yeah, they have classes at the gym, although they're not really classes like you'd have at a school...you have an instructor who stands at the front and goes through the routine and you follow along...

              ...and where I am, it's generally always women. I'm the only guy in most of the classes I attend. Sometimes there might be one other; once in a while there might be two other guys, but not often. It wouldn't surprise me if it were the same where you are.

                I don't think I have a psychological illness I just never feel hungry so I don't remember to eat and when I do remember and force myself to eat it feels horrible

    i'm a (mostly) gay dude and i think a buff girl is the only kind of girl i would want to fuck. i'm pretty meh on pussy and tits don't do a lot for me, but the right mixture of masculine into the feminine - somewhere before taking a bunch of T fucks up all their proportions but somewhere after bulking up and acting all manly... it's pretty appealing.
