the thunder dome compilations are kino. I love this kind of music. Rotterdam Terror Corps, Elstak, Dj Distortion.

I listen to a lot of Italian hardcore techno also, there's a healthy scene there

I just love it because it's the most fucking obnoxious aggressive dance music I can find, really gets me ready to tackle the day.

Been listening to a lot of house/minimal lately, few months ago was listening to Bounce a lot though my main gripe with Bounce is, it has glimpses of the harder styles but most of it's just remixed pop music with vocals, I so far haven't been able to find DJs that exclusively mix hard Bounce probably because it's such an unpopular boomer genre these days. I would listen to Hardbass but there's too much blyat going on in most tracks and it jumps around too much.

She deserved that kebab. I'm not sure if she paid for it, but the viral video for the kebab truck would have more than covered the cost.

*consumed with hate over minor vocabulary. That's a sad existence brother.

      it is not trivial.

      >a vibey mood
what the fuck does that mean

you know like a moody vibe

"vibey" means white teen behavior thats sanctioned as appropriate by naggers. thats all it is. its a very strong dispositive of populace control. for it depicts a nebulous qualifier that isnt an emotion nor a quality of the music in itself, but a way of saying "i temporarily connect to this". vibe doesnt address if something is good or bad, only if its socially desirable in this very moment, since "vibe shift" can happen and that thing can be rendered unvibey overnight. herd mentality is enforced daily through this, theres no other word to describe something you like today, or something you find valuable, theres no actual qualifiers anymore. teenager vocabulary has been shrunk to ridiculous proportion. zoomer hate is then, not unwarranted, because they never fought back against this, never fought back against having to 3xpr3ss th3mse1v3s l1k3 this to avoid wrongsay, they have said yes to everything thats been pushed into their skulls, the most docile generation in the whole history of mankind, and the reason of our impending doom as civilization.

You didn’t think, considering the context of this board and LULZ in general. OP might’ve used that vocabulary to poke fun at zoomers? You’re on a site that’s the at actual epicentre of irony and trolling.

J-dilla, lootpack, Buena Vista social, ragga jungle, UK dubstep (Mala, chef etc), arcade fire, washed out, black flag, minor threat, Public enemy. Old school Italian, American country and rockabilly. Also the generic classic rock staples. Lots of dj mixes: diplo, Cassius, om unit, krush/shadow.

Any metal I feel like listening to that day. Metal is great for work, I tried listening to those ambient and whatever mixes "for studying and work," and it all bleeds together. It's sonic wallpaper, after 10 minutes you stop noticing it.

I can’t work to ambient, makes me want to sleep. Ambient is my ‘wake up at 11am after excruciating work week music’ or music for getting ready for bed.

When I'm stocking those shelves at 3AM and just want to get to the end of the shift I listen angry, "ahhh let me out" music. The rest of the time when I want to hang myself in the freezer I listen to something more restrained but angry and frustrated. Sometimes beatles.

For me it's a lot of classic rock. Stuff I enjoy that I don't necessarily have to immerse myself in. Led Zeppelin, the Cars, the Doors, Black Sabbath, ELO, etc. Makes for good background music while doing repetitive tasks.

Are the cars considered classic rock now? It’s weird, they seem to straddle between the worlds of boomer radio rock and artsy new wave for alt kids

They kind of rode the wave of the post punk > new wave > synth pop > 80s rock and found their way onto boomer radio stations
