Can’t really help because I’m not a Euro, try eBay for sure if they use that over there, killer cheap finds. Glad to hear about turning life around, I was a drug addict once too. What religion are you?

If a jacket is clean, there’s no reason you should smell like a wet dog after taking it off, even if you sweat. If your sweat makes you smell like a wet dog, you are doing something wrong hygienically.

      it’s from the jacket 100 %
whatever else i wear doesn’t smell like that afterwards
i also do sports and girls have told me on multiple occasions that i smell good and i don’t ever wear perfume, just deodorant

      Well, first off, congrats!
Cotton or down coat, I found good ones on ebay under 100 €.

will they be enough for a harsh winter?
      I’m a walker-type person
i walk to the gym every morning before work, then shower and go to work. all done by foot
i need something that protects me from wind, as I’m very sensitive to wind
i don’t ever get sick, but if it’s windy I get sick fast

which brands should i look for? i want to buy something that i can wear for a long time
        what about leather jackets?

Don’t look for brands, just search tags winter/ thick/ down etc. on filter used and men’s coats and jackets. There are plenty warm jackets for little money, but for a warm leather jacket, 100 doesn’t cut it.

There’s something wrong with your jacket then. Try washing it. A jacket should never make you smell like a wet dog when you take it off? What is the jacket? Is it something with wax applied or something? Sometimes those have a grandpa smell, but it’s just the wax.

the Holy Spirit saved me so i came back to the land of my forefathers to join a church and maybe find a good girl, but first i just become good myself
I’ve always noticed, that i attract exactly what i am
when i was scene teenager i had scene gf
then when i was mentally unstable i had mentally unstable gf
when i was a druggie gamer i had a druggie egirl gf
now i want a family, because the Lord has shown me the way, so i do my best to become the person that attracts the person i want to be with
also sry but was quick pic to have reference material for you guys to choose a jacket that could be good for my body idk, thought it would be useful

most of the stuff i find on ebay after 30 min searching are "new" jackets that are probably dropships from Chinese websites or sth
is there a guide on how to use ebay well ? I’m first timing it

Stay on track, bro. Nothing better than a dude snaps off the demonic lifestyle of virtual reality.

Use the advanced search or the filters on the left, you can choose the category, price, condition, … Note, that sometimes it might drop a filter setting when you type in a new tag, I don’t why that happens, but it happens.

Just get a good, thick fleece. I have a Polartec fleece from Filson that was about $150 USD, so not cheap but I wear it pretty much year round. Unless it’s pouring rain or driving snow, it keeps me warm and dry.

The good thing about fleeces is that they’re so common now and relatively cheap. You can wear them with workout clothes, hiking clothes, dress clothes, pajamas, basically anything other than a full suit and a $100 fleece will be as warm and wind proof as a $500 wool jacket,

hey man, thanks for your help, but in the conditions here at -10°C and 50 km/h wind I’d rather not wear the one filson polartec. i looked it up and just by the looks of it i froze

thank you, checked it out and yeah i get the same bug lol
      thanks so far

I have a comfortable mckinley jacket that didn’t break the bank, but your budget will more likely be 150-200 euros.
Buddy just go to a mens wear/sports wear store, im sure they can help you out, they have good quality products in all price ranges.

I’d rather not have some obvious branding on my jacket, as people here are very judgemental about what you wear.
i wear good tailored suits, which are cheap because there’s so many tailors here still and they all fight for survival so you can get very good prices and good quality work.
but jackets idk nobody makes those anymore
I’ve tried finding a leatherworker but there’s nobody in my area
I’d love a tailored leather jacket
