So any girl pretty much doesn't go out without makeup. Especially when you're dressed cute like that. It makes it very off, any girl would look like you if they don't have make ups on. Learn to maybe apply light makeups before going out, (don't do heavy one if you're just walking a dog) some girls look pretty without makeup but they're extremely rare species.
