Nah, US S classes are made in Magna Steyr in Austria, third worlders get the mexican made ones.

BMW makes X3/X4/X5/X6/X7 in the Spartanburg plant in the US

Quick way to check next time you walk by one is if the VIN starts with W it's german made.

      >German cars in the US

      >German cars in the US
Made in Mexico or in the US

For example some MB's were made in the US and shipped to Europe and those were the absolute worst MB's you could buy. Models were W163 ML and W251 R.

Yes, since our engines don't have to funnel power through seven layers of moon-sized slushotragic over here.

    >Germans
are autistic as frick. Thus roll into the dealership at exactly the recommended interval. Or whatever made up interval they came up with. E.g. 15k km
    >Americans
lazy, fat, no self control, always in debt. Won't maintain their cars. Even if they wanted to, can't afford it unless they open up yet another credit card

This. A friend of mine had german grandparents (living in the US) who took their manual jetta and passat wagon in for service exactly as prescribed in the owner's manual. The cars were immaculate when they were passed down to my friend who subsequently hotboxed, ashed everywhere, and crashed them.

I'd kill your friend who ruined a perfectly good car.

      This is true
      >t. has notoriously unreliable cars with high mileage that run fine because we maintained them.

Tale as old as time. I ruined a scooter in my youth and still feel bad about it.

This shouldn't even be a question.

    >German cars in Europe
    >are mostly basic econoshitboxes like a Chevy that can be repaired easily
    >German cars in the US
    >are all expensive shit with loads of gadgets and the most powerful, high end, and hard to repair engines

Seriously is it because Americans are just ignorant or too poor for service inspections?
