Quality parkas and wool overcoats jumped to 1000-1500 Euro, which is like, the average monthly wage in my country. I have no idea how this is a sustainable business model, nearly everything doubled in price.

What others said, plus China shut down for a while with its zero-covid policy which caused supply issues because most clothes (Uniqlo included) are made in China. You should check out Gap and BR for cheap essentials. They sometimes have really good sales. I last copped BR chinos for $20. You’d have a hard time finding something like that at Uniqlo.
