Neither should such marriages be considered romantic relationships but instead considered a sexual-economic agreement or partnership rather than being more of an exchange as it is under the more conventional commercial types of intimacy.
Assuming such to be the case then it could therefore become more apparent what it is about the nature adulterous affairs that drive people toward them away from their marriages in the first place.
