my island sucked, and my town now sucks
only place for the kind of music i liked in Hawaii was Honolulu and it was too expensive to travel there just for shows, and Yakima is an empty desert mountain void
7th circle has a variety of pretty ok local bands, I've been to a few math rock, emo, prog, jazz, and alt nights. Now I live out in the northeast, closer to Nebraska than Denver, and there's not shit here that I've seen.
I just moved here, went to Bailter Space (decent) and a pretty boring hardcore show, left because it seemed like some pageantry for zoomer punk aesthetics rather than the music. Most concerts here are either poorly attended in bars or huge mega-festivals of slop here.
Massachusetts? The Feelies still play, Swirlies reunited briefly because Rob Laakso passed away. idk maybe some scrawny twinks that like The Wicked Farleys are playing house shows somewhere in that state
Local bands tend to be pretty shit, they were not good enough to make it big. Its not worth my time. They only serve when you are desperate for a show but the music isnt good
i live in a town that deliberately hinders creativity
This, only country shows and rap boomboxes to be found around here
I live in a similar place. Make it happen anyway, it’s worth it
I mean, the only shows i go to are mine so, you know, it's rough
Dark hot room full of hot sweaty retards? No thanks. I have a good set of headphones and a cozy room.
just say you're too nervous its ok

music from MA sucks, I hate hardcore
hardcore shows sound fun.better than fucking bluegrass. CO only plays bluegrass
both are gay as shit. Local music scenes are trash everywhere unless you live in a city
You must be fun at parties
go to seventh circle in denver, they have (shitty) hardcore there.

Those names sound so fucking gay
What music do you enjoy? MA doesn't seem like a bad place to be as far as local music goes
Rock mostly, not from the us so don't know much about scenes there
Great. You should try listening to Swirlies and see if you have the urge to give a guy head afterwards
The Godfleshy part at the beginning was nice, not my kind of music otherwise
Well, I hope you find what you want in MA
Cheers
Because COVID's BACK.
Lockdown 2.0 incoming
Too short to see over the crowd
i didn't ask for this my friend just picked me up and i was up for a good couple minutes
I only like really old music, I have a buddy who is the same and goes to the concerts but says it’s not worth it most of the time.
I only go to local shows.

I Tried but they were playing some free jazz avantgarde shit that was too much for me, i just wanted some rocknroll
I dont know how to find any. I live in a big city but I'm just totally clueless with how to find stuff to do. Especially more alternative stuff.
Too loud, don't like crowded places
Because I live in Rio. I'm trapped with favela garbage music or cover bands.
bro you live in a fucking megacity, I assure you there is a local scene
fuck socializing and fuck normalfags
