Nipples showing, and most clothing isn’t designed for flat chests so a lot of things only fit decently with the extra padding of a bra. My roommate is a petite skinny girl with tiny tits and often goes braless around the house or with certain clothes (hoodies etc.) but it’s really obvious when she’s not wearing one under anything thin or tight and I understand why she won’t go out that way, plus a lot of clothes really do look way better with one on underneath, I think small perky tits like hers are really hot but it looks like shit when a dress or whatever is obviously hanging loose where the tits are supposed to be.

You don’t need it if you are almost flat whore

        >“There is evidence that wearing a bra can make the muscles and ligaments that support the breasts lazy over time, leading to breast sagging and laxity,” says Dr. Sekhon. She points out that this means the common misconception that going braless for an extended period of time makes your breasts sag is, in reality, the opposite: “Women who have gone long periods without wearing a bra often report that this leads their breasts to being firmer, rounder, and perkier over time,” she says.

        >long saggy banana boobs at 60+
without support of breasts with bra – brassiere wear from early age, by 60+ you’re tits will hang like long saggy bananas or deflated balloons

I’m slightly underweight with tiny flat boobs and the 2 times in my life I went without a bra I was sexually harassed. The second time I was grabbed and held until I screamed.
I will never not wear a bra in public again. Usually I double-layer even in the heat so my nipples are guaranteed not to show.

That’s awesome, your roommate. I would be banging her.

Apparently, contrary to popular belief, not wearing a bra makes them firmer over time, as the muscle exercises from free hanging, whereas with a bra the muscle is always relaxed and as a result eventually sags

First of all it’s not a blog, it’s a wellness/health site, secondly, who cares, that particular segment is a quote from a doctor, and you can find the same sentiment expressed by plenty of other doctors

I clicked the link in the blog it brought me to another article without any link to any actual study.

"There was 320 women as test subjects
All his volunteers were between 18 and 35 years old.women who never wore bras had nipples on average seven millimeters higher in relation to their shoulders each year than regular bra users."

This doesn’t tell us who was and wasn’t wearing bras, like anon here said.

The purpose of a bra is to hold tits
You don’t need it if you are almost flat whore

Most flat chested girls will never wear a bra, even if they do their breasts are significantly less likely to sag compared to someone with larger breasts bra or not. People with large breast are more likely to wear a bra more often.

Along with the fact that in every study more than 50% of women are wearing the wrong bra size. (Most studies say its 80-70%) Which means the majority of women in that study were most likely wearing the wrong bra size which he and others have concluded damages your breast. So it would be no surprise that these two factors could affected his results.

Either way we can officially say wearing the wrong bra size will definetly damage and deform your boobs which if anything is more concerning then the chance wearing a correct bra size will damage your boobs more than going braless

I have really deformed looking saggy breast every since I started to wear bra at around 15 yrs old. My nipples don’t even point down, they point inwards (picrel is before and after). I have been experimenting with birth control and progesterone creams to try and develop underboob.

only thing that chage is that I’m often asked, can you see my nipples through this?

Consequences are unwanted sexual attention from men. It’s the same as asking why women don’t wear anything else that reveals sexual aspects of their body. Some women do and some women do want the attention. Most do not want the retiree bagging their groceries staring at their chest.

With the exception of vigorous exercise, there are no physical reason to wear a bra. The myth that they prevent sagging is propaganda spread by companies. The only consequences are social.

You’ve clearly never been with a woman with larger breasts. It’s one thing to have boobs like the girl in op, but I was dating a girl for about a year with DDD’s. They were hecking massive I swear to god, but at that size they can’t really be perky anymore, they’re going to fall down. For her going out without a bra clearly wasn’t an option and I could have told you that after sleeping with her the first time. And it wasn’t entirely because of social shit, which I guess it is considering people would see them swinging around a bit, but they would also clearly get in the way and probably throw off her balance a bit.
They were honestly comically large, but I’d imagine women smaller than her would have the same issue a few sizes down.

30G wife here. She can’t go braless without her back being btfo. Maybe the flat b***hes can in exchange for 7mm of perkyness idk.

It takes a lot of time to readjust. I have breasts on the larger side and use to wear a bra 15 hrs a day because I was in constant pain (backpain and breast soreness) when I did not wear one. Even slight movement caused by walking without a bra was painful. It took MONTHS for the pain to go away after I went semi-braless (wore bralette when going out).

Deflated ballon tits have nothing to do with wearing a bra or not. It is from years of hormonal changes, breastfeeding, weight gain/loss, aging of the skin. When you are 60+ you don’t have much estrogen left.

          based female spitting facts
bras aren’t the best thing in the world, but bad fitted bras which most women wear are doing a lot of harm
same with shoes as well tbh, going barefoot is a great thing
