Why does my bideltoid say 18.5inches at 6'1 (femoid range) when my shoulders are probably far broader?

Why does my bideltoid say 18.5inches at 6'1 (femoid range) when my shoulders are probably far broader? I used the sliding door method over 40 times within maximized proper posture and found a range of 18-19¼ inches or so but not what I would assume like 50+cm so did I do something wrong or is this. I heard on imageboards to add 2 inches or so to this measure if that's correct. Idk.

On a hondose of mg for 3 months so far, I'm 18 or so.

I just wanted to know how to properly measure bideltoid better as the sliding door method feels deflated.

stop measuring. I used to measure myself for hours a week sometimes. Didn't help me at all. Go do something you enjoy

No amount of time and E will fix broad shoulders.

her shoulders arent that broad. the issue is lack of hip fat. if you believe that ops image is an example of an unsalvageable bone structure you have brain worms.

not enough. eat more. 3 months on E isn't enough for full fat redistribution anyway. You'll be fine.

I force myself to overeat often times because I love food and still can't gain weight. My lank is my pride and makes me feel like I can pass better too

you need to compare your shoulder width to your hip width, and your hip width to your waist circumference.
proportions are what matters, not individual measurements.

You're skinny, yet you want body proportions of a heavily overweight woman (your average woman) or at least a woman with BBL (practically all ethots, fitness models who promote the slim thick look, etc). Get real, compare yourself to skinny women.

Nta, but yeah, people are sexually dimorphic, obviously. But in general the biggest dimorphic feature is our faces, genitalia aside ofc. People honestly have no fucking clue in what ways our bodies are different thanks to stereotypes and gender norms.
Like, there's this rather widespread myth that women have longer legs, but in reality women have shorter legs and longer torsos to accommodate for pregnancy and whatnot. However, the clothes women wear are tailored and styled in a way that visually makes them longer, whereas men literally do the opposite because not only men's clothes have to have some room to spare for the junk, men also like to sag pants on tops of that. In tailoring we literally consider two different body parts as waists in men and women, in women it's usually our anatomical waist, but in men it's somewhere around the high hip area because that's where men like to have their belts to sit in this day and age, it's actually different in the past, that's why you often see really old dudes pull their pants all the way up which looks odd/funny by today's standards. And this stuff carries over to stylised art like cartoons and whatnot where it's even further exaggerated.

the right person's vascularity is crazy and makes me feel a lil better about my own arms when in that position. im always insecure about that, especially in my hands

Tbf, arm and hand veins on women are one of the first things that's usually gets edited out. In women visible veins often are associated with being old.

Well, they really don't. Social media, especially if you use them a lot, are literally linked to significantly worse mental health, body image issues, anxiety, etc. What you see over there is the highlights of other people's lives that also have some magic powder sprinkled on top to make it all look even better than it already was. It's not their day to day lives. This shit is fucked.
