you don't really need to isolate glutes, the rest of your leg routine should be hitting them plenty. if you REALLY wanna target them more you can do weighted glute bridges but you're gonna look like an absolute tard in the gym

quads are just as important as butt muscles, especially if you want to look hot as fuck.
Stairs. They will hit your quads and your glutes. Not so much your hamstrings. Thus your ass will pop more.

Squat, try low bar with a wide stance. Break at the hips, sit back and down and drive up with the hips.
Romanian deadlifts. Focus on bringing your hips back and forward.
Hip thursts. Clench your buttcheeks.
Focus on mind muscle connection. Try to consciously use your glutes in every movement.
Also eat at a slight surpluss and enjoy your ass gains.
