      my goal specifically is to have the 11 abs and those gutters. its based. I need more fat and stuff on my upper body but it is actually based to have a good core
      if you are fridgy its your obliques that are the problem

    If you cut your caloric intake, your muscles will be among the first things to go. Try doing that and seeing how it goes.
    I have to warn you though, that having weaker core muscles kind of sucks, especially for your back. Don't weaken them too much.

            Terrible diet, it's eating like this that makes most vegans look sickly. Carb the frick up. You can only lose weight on a low fat diet if you're in a harsh caloric deficit which will destroy your metabolism And make you balloon back up eventually

            Bone growth fuses for amabs at 19, so depending on when that happened it could be true. But after 19 it would just be muscle/fat added to your hips.

            when your bones fuse isnt some absolute date, if you havr an abormal puberty (in different ways) it can be anywhere from 16/17 to 22/23

            An abnormal puberty would only be for those who were on blockers or had confirmed pituitary/thyroid issues. Which would make up an insanely small percentage of those transitioning, which I highly doubt OP is.

            lmao other issues can cause abnormalities, including MAIS or PAIS which represent 5-10% of AMABS.
            Even for mostly normal puberties its a range and not something that happens exactly on your 19th birthday or something.
