If you cut your caloric intake, your muscles will be among the first things to go. Try doing that and seeing how it goes.
I have to warn you though, that having weaker core muscles kind of sucks, especially for your back. Don't weaken them too much.

An abnormal puberty would only be for those who were on blockers or had confirmed pituitary/thyroid issues. Which would make up an insanely small percentage of those transitioning, which I highly doubt OP is.
