    are you doing cardio? i had a similar shape to my belly at one point but i just started eating less calories and riding my bike every day for about 30 minutes

      i barely eat, its really hard to do cardio here or i probably would. i live in a shit municipality with no infrastructure so i have no where to go and i dont wanna and dont have a way to go to a gym

        oh ok i understand. you have a good frame but the extra waist fat can ruin your look. eating less helps lose weight but if your not getting exercise, then your body may burn muscle instead of fat.

        if there's anyway you can get cardio at all, i highly recommend it. i felt shitty about my waist fat and cardio trimmed me up really well (i think)

        does your city have bike lanes? or any park at all where you can ride a bike? if you can't afford a bike i'd say try powerwalking or jogging. seriously it helps a ton

            worst case scenario you would have to invest in some indoor equipment but that shits expensive. if you're really motivated to burn some fat, i'd say you may need to find some more outdoor areas out of town or drive over to a different part of wherever you live (if you have a vehicle). hell even if it's just a field or something.

                just walk the same path you did before, right? it doesn't have to be a long path, just go back in forth or in a loop.

                to build muscle just do some basic core exercises (you can find plenty on google) and pushups and simple stuff you don't need any equipment for. but try to buy a workout mat or you might hurt your back.

                well i still think you can make it look pretty good, you gotta push through that mud at first, it's always the hardest part. i really wish i could just go over there and help you but i can't. you seem like you're in a tough spot but i have hope for you.

                start small and don't worry about slow progress. just whatever you do, keep moving. you'll always be ahead of so many poor bastards out there so long as you're moving. don't listen to people shitting on you here on LULZ, you can always improve. i think you have potential, and i'd hate to see you waste that, friend.

                there's plenty of exercises you can do at home.
                Buy some elastic bands and use them for instance.
                Jumping jacks, squats and burpees, and running in place are all stuff you can do at home.
                check some yoga and pilates instructional videos on youtube and do them.
                stretching and working on your posture and flexibility also helps give you a better body shape.

    you need to work out.
    tone your muscles, and build up your legs and ass.
    now you have no muscles and very little fat, which makes your male skeleton stand out and give you this doughy appearance.

        let us judge that.
        work out, build up a bit of muscle in your legs and build up a lot of muscle in your butt and hips, do specific training for that, plus do more cardio.

        as someone else has said if you just eat less without exercising you just lose muscles giving you a more messed up appearance.
        You need to work out, that will help lose some fat and distribute the rest better. You can make your hips a bit larger which reduces the firdgebod effect.

        And your legs are definitely too thin now

            no shit it's male puberty.
            you'll never have a top 20% feminine body.

            you have to work with what you have.
            As I said in another post, if you have no muscle and little fat your male skeleton will stand out more.
            You need to cover it as much as possible, building muscle in strategic areas, which are the ass and hips, and in your case the legs because they're very thin.

            You won't get a top model body, but you'll get a better body than you have now.
