Why do bad people always win?

They don't really care about what or who they (might) lose.

They don't; you just mindfucked yourself into thinking they do. Evil people get locked up all the time, so justice gets served. The rest have yet to be exposed for what they are and face their deserved punishments.

I would say the average bad guy is having a pretty run of the mill experience. Probably committed some violent, drug, or sex crimes that he's never going to be convicted of. Or a woman who plays with men. Are these people exceptionally happy? Probably not.

it's a reply to what you said. look up any crime statistic from any country they're mostly not reported and when reported they're often not prosecuted. but, responding to OP's point, just because someone got away with a crime or some other type of injustice doesn't mean they live in constant joy and ecstasy.

They are misguided even in how they feel.

At some point in a competitive enterprise, you have to hurt other people. It's inevitable. Even if not directly, you have to hurt them by winning, and crushing their own dreams of winning. A winner has to do this to many other people in order to win, because there can be only 1 winner, and many losers must go home in shame and defeat.

There is no way to reconcile a lust for competition and winning with a love for our fellow humans.

They took the left hand path for quick success, giving them a demonic core; they sold their souls to the devil so to speak. Cultivating a golden core is much harder so you are likely to see fewer examples among successful individuals but they do exist

Yeah it is a bit exhausting, however I have more friends than I know what to do with. Everywhere I go people seem to love me to the point where it gets uncomfortable

    They don't. The strong win.
There's no virtue in being a spineless loser. You only see them as
    >...le bad!
Because you're the wimp on the losing end.
Chances are if you had the same power you would be no different. Maybe even worse.

Bad people win because good people are not willing to do what it takes to make them lose.

"Bad" people don't win, sometimes ruthless pragmatic people get what they want. The question is it worth what they give up? In my opinion no, I would rather have trustworthy friends with good morals than be stuck in a shark tank with the other ruthless pragmatists. I mean I couldn't think of a woman (their character would probably be ruthless pragmatic anyway) sexy enough or material worth the trust of good people.

To an extent you are right, but also believing you are invincible to where you can start knocking over trash cans and stocks of items and yelling fuck you at everyone at the store, because there is no right or wrong, is childish too.

Sometimes they do sometimes they don't. Jeffrey Dahmer, for example, was a bad person who got murdered in prison.
