burrito is held between the knees. take bites by bending over like you're about to suck yourself off.

beer - bottle is better, left hand, this way you can hold your ciggie in that hand as well

right hand has access to the knob, your passengers breasts, and the gun under the seat

No you're right. The autists are seething because they don't realize manual GNs are slower because they don't hold boost between shifts unlike the auto. Sorry gays, the engineers from 35 years ago are smarter than you.

if you're driving NA or SC then yeah a manual will be more fun.
if you're driving a turbo a AT or DCT will be more fun.
really depends on how your car is configured.

        How so?
I mean NA engine (proper engine, not some 4-banging volumetric equivalent of a soda bottle) depends on revs much less than a turbo.

          Anonymous

With a MT and NA or SC you can pick and chose your gears to either stay in the ideal power band or short shift for economy. Superchargers are a lot more RPM dependent than turbos are IMO so that's why I lump them with NA.
MT and turbo you lose the ability to launch on boost without a 2step/launch control system and you must lift to shift, which no matter how fast you are you will lose some pressure which you will have to rebuild.
AT and turbo you gain the ability to launch on boost, less chances to break shit because your entire drive train is loaded to the brakes rather than at the flywheel and you retain pressure through gears, which will easily edge out cars with much more power. Granted you don't get hella sick woosh sounds between gears but that doesn't matter if you're going fast.
I'm saying this having driven both and I prefer AT with a turbo than MT with a turbo.

This is only a compromise. They're also heavier, and more of a b***h to deal with when they break. Sequential Manual is peak performance.

It's since outside of top end exotic cars manuals are the ultra poorgay cheap spec transmission of a given car. Rather than just accept their lot for having the most unimpressive trim of their own car they cope with autism like
            >"UH KIN FEEL MUH CAR"
            >"AHM THE REAL DRIVER"
            And
            >MUH FUEL ECONOMY
When they pretend that automatics have had more than 3 years since the 1990s and get the same fuel economy, sometimes slightly better numbers in automatic form vs. manual

It helps to know something like 99% of stunt cars are automatics because of the bullshit you can pull off with them. The bigger problem is on day to day manuals are more engaging, and if you aren't trying to do 360 spins and shit then for most other precision driving manuals just make more sense.
Theres also the fact most automatics are built like shit, so unless its one known for its robust nature like you see on ex-cop cars and the like you can end up in a world of trouble pretty fast abusing them.

how can you do "more" in a car with less control, where you can't disengage the power from the wheels any time you want? How do you kick it into a drift? You have so much more control in so many subtle ways in a manual.

all the arguments for driving manual are stupid because automatics are really good these days. so i don’t bother to argue that driving manual is better. i do it because i like it. it’s not a rational decision.

About the only good thing about an autotragic is brake standing them at lights. Everything else is a disappointment compared to a stick.

the average DA poster is very poor, not quite DA poor but generally destitute

since most cannot afford to buy, fuel, or maintain a modern car, or even a fast car, they have to affirm themselves as superior for owning an old slow car but with a manual transmission

then they can double dip on cred for being able to drive the ancient lost art of driving stick, even though a couple dumb bimbo prostitutes in my high school class could figure it out and the only reason the average person can't is that they've never bothered to learn, not because it's hard. (yeah the skill ceiling is higher i wont argue that)
