I'm not going to go too deep into it because if you truly care you'll contemplate and figure this out for yourself. That said, if everyone is psychic but the vast majority people don't actively know they are psychic -- what psyche are you engaging with mentally? How does the bicycle move if there is seemingly no rider?

Brother, I think it is healthier here to spend more time thinking about such answers before wildly attempting to draw conclusions. Do not rush to build the foundations of one's temple, lest you invite bad company into it.
Ok, but please give me less cryptic tips. I'm just experiencing it and the fact that I'm experiencing it makes me think I'm doing something right. I just want to know how it ends but I suppose we can only theorise about that. How do you think it ends?
It doesn't end. This is why I keep telling you that you have to figure it out for yourself. Nobody crosses the first threshold without being self-sufficient; me spoonfeeding you information won't do any good because it will largely be too far away from your locus of understanding to properly be incorporated into how you /actually/ think, you might find whatever I had to say novel or interesting but unless you can identify what I am saying with concepts you truly understand yourself they are just dust in the wind, and throwing pearls into the wind is unwise.
You are doing something right, you are looking at the world and the people in it and seeing something beyond rocks glass and flesh, but it's going to take a lot more right things before you really get the picture, and I can't drag you through that experience in five minutes using words, you've got to pick up your own cross and start walking. You want my advice as to what to do, go peruse some philosophy and theology, works of that nature provide good food for thought. But as I said, it doesn't end. Reality may seem analogous to a videogame at times, but it isn't one.
It seems people are only as psychic as I think they are. They can see what I visualise in my head but I can only see/hear their verbal thoughts. It's like they are hiding something from me. It's like a sleight of hand or a scam. They are giving me something valueless for my.... thoughts?
And the delusional "schizophrenic" part of me is the basis of all consciousness and the tool I need to elevate away from this life.

Also if what's happening to you is what I think it is, you're intepreting it wrong.
It's not that everybody is highly psychic (in the dramatic, super obvious way)
but rather that they exist within your mind and you within theirs, there's a symbolic overlap you can interpret things by.
