Fashion goes in cycles every 20 to 40 years, it has nothing to do with ”zoomers”, i see young lasses dress like there from the early 2000’s now, it’s pretty normal to take inspiration from the past, people were doing the exact same thing 40 years ago.
There’s an 80’s, 90’s and 00’s revival all going on simultaneously now. The newest thing I’ve seen is zoomer girls wearing stuff obviously based on 90’s era 70’s revival, e.g. boot cuts and exposed midriffs.
