the way zoomers are wearing their jeans is actually a lot closer to how jeans started off, than the stuff we’ve been wearing post 1950. when jeans were first invented they were a very wide fitting garment you would wear over another pair of pants. back then all jeans were overalls meaning over all your clothes. zoomers are taking it to the extreme. the only thing i don’t like about it is that he’s sagging them, i think these type of jeans look best worn at the waist.

      It looks like shit regardless

      >Oh no, fashion trends… le change!
Is it your first day on Earth stupid?

Not a single overall ever or any jeans before the 1950’s looked like those degenerate pants that look more like a long skirt cut and sown in the middle. This stupid style started in the 90’s, by the usual suspects (Blacks).

the sagging makes it look less masculine, but not more feminine it makes the proportions look more alien if anything.

Why are zoomers pretending this looks good

The Problem is not his style but his face

hedi and just all around general 2010s skinny fit enjoyer here: it only looks good on about 15% of the male population. zoomer fit is a lot more democratic because your body has less influence on the outcome of the silhouette with it. personally i have and always wear both. i continued to wear y2k baggy all through the millenial skinny fit era and i will continue wearing skinny through this cycle. i’ve been into fashion forever, build’s stayed the same & i only buy high quality stuff so my wardrobes big enough where i can dress either way without spending money on it. i get why people get tribal about it closet space and cash is finite. if you have a good physique and face like i do both should look good IMO!

Hedi at slp was late stage #menswear, this dude could’ve sized up and been ugly but better fitted. Fashion victim. I wonder how he’s dressing now.

yeah I don’t really get the JNCO jeans return
I usually don’t mind zoomer fashion, even the eboy look was fine to me. but this will never not look clownish

In a fight all I have to do is step on his stupid skirtpant while he is already trying to run away, and I would be able to knock his teeth in without raising a finger. That’s how you can tell whether a piece of clothing is actually /fashion/ or a meme.

No, your clothes are stupid and so are you. hecking tryhard clowns. Not a single trend started by zoomers is actually good or even original. Even these wide leg jeans were originally started by GenXers in the 90’s. And they were just as stupid back then. Same goes for baggy clothes in general, but they at least make practical sense to some extent. They are roomy and comfortable to wear, as long as you don’t go overboard with it.
