This is most likely some form of controlled environment/simulation we are experiencing. From the controlled masses seemingly lacking any sort of self awareness to the active suppression of religious/spiritual discourse it is clear we are in some form of environment designed to either test our own self or to experience life as a lesser being than what our true form is (concentrated form of self aware energy)
I have gone through various belief systems and each time I have gained some form of insight to either alter or change my opinion one thing has remained constant. As I have come to understand, most of us are here to evolve our soul, because the nature on the surface of the planet for the last 10,000 years has been one where lies are venerated and the truth is punished.
This creates an interesting opportunity where culturally we are disconnected from the spiritual (electrical) nature of the universe/reality and allows us to have some truly bizarre experiences on this planet.
