Brazil or Mexico
Argentina was a meme that was riding off a commodity bubble for a while and only got any industry under Peron, only to get deindustrialized by the junta afterwards
Argentina. Mexico played itself with the Revolution and eighty-whatever years of PRI rule, but the landscape has completely changed with NAFTA and political developments. Not to mention its entire history prior to that essentially being managed collapse, losing all of Central America and Cali + Texas + the American Southwest, but it was pure chance they had them in the first place and it was nigh-inevitable that they lose them. With the U.S. as a neighbor, Mexico is fulfilling the role it was best meant to fill and it's done a solid job adapting in recent years. Brazil also was a mess after the imperial years, and didn't live up to its potential, but they took advantage of the commodity boom well and have leaned into their role as a Latin American middle power. The biggest point against Argentina is that it's still a shithole. Their markets are run by Paraguayan smugglers, their jibs are done by moronic Bolivians, the state has no power or legitimacy in the eyes of the people, the Justicialists and likeminded dolts still run the show, the currency is worthless, nobody can build any wealth, they've ceded hegemony over South America to Chile and Brazil without a fight, their political institutions are built on a house of cards, their tax rates are punishing, none of the taxes actually go to properly funding services, everybody dodges their taxes, their economy runs on USD and crypto, etc. Not to mention they're still seething over muh Malvinas. Even Brazilians don't seethe that hard over muh Cisplatina, and they lost all of Uruguay, not a fricking rock with Bong sheepfrickers. Argentina and Argentinians are pathetic, and it's made worse by the fact that Argentines have inherited the braggadocio of their Italian ancestors, the chauvinism of their German ancestors, the institutions of their Spanish ancestors, and the intelligence of their indio ancestors.
>no you don't understand, building 1 nice city centre for photos makes us a hecking superpower >what do you mean what happens when the prices of cow bones and weeds drop?
Argentina. They don't have the dysfunctional melting pot excuse of Brazil or the "So far from God, so close to the United States" excuse of Mexico. They just suck for no reason despite having all the tools to be first-world.
If only.
These countries are so easy mode that would be first world by being inhabited by natives.
The inherent corruption of the dago can skew everything if not supported by EU gibs.
Argentina has some of the best land in the world and was at one point among the richest countries on earth. It took an amazing effort to frick that country up. Even Eastern Europe is shooting past it.
Brazil is big but it has a lot of shitty land and highlands that make the interior difficult to penetrate. Mexico was always destined to be a US satellite.

>i-is that a FACTORY??? awwwwhhhh im going insane!!!
Aegentina, but Mexico and Brazil aren't too far behind.
They never had potential because they were contaminated by wop greaseballs.
Leave the natives only in mexico and it will fix itself on a matter of decades.

Argentina, holy shit.

Genetic problem
Many southern italians and spaniards.
Venezeula
Mexico.
Our Blessed Lady showed them what they could have been but they shit the bed(with Americas help).
None. They all got lazy catholic dago immigrants instead of protestant Anglo/Germanic ones
If only.

Argentina had factories long before Perón was even born.
>peron
>socialism
Mexico by far. They could have been the Spain of America.
Mexico, but I'm still betting on the natives making a comeback the likes of which even God has never seen.
It's gonna be awesome. Just you wait. Nobody will see this shit coming, it's gonna be weird.
not happening. maybe in the south. elsewhere they're pretty much done for.
Brazil because they jobbed in the Paraguay war and lost their American born White Aristocrats.
Argentina. They need to put every NEET and welfare leech in labor camps to get the economy running again.
For a reason the colonizers of those countries are developed and safe, while those 3 are under-developped and riden with crime
different populations lead to different outcomes. mixing with natives and others was the issue
