I honestly don't know if it's like a psy-op or it's super misguided people who are trying to be woke and inclusive that are doing way way way more damage than they're helping
>maybe we should stop acting like being ugly is bad?
It's human nature to be repulsed on some level by ugly and disabled people
I don't know, as a hot trans person why should I care about this?
This sounds like it's just a problem for ugly people, and what has any ugly person ever done for me?
seriously can anyone ITT give me one, just one (1) good reason why I should give a shit about how the media represents hons? I'm not a hon
Because if the media keeps showing hons it's going to make people feel more grossed out by us and more likely to support taking our rights away and you could end up being banned from taking HRT
>Because if the media keeps showing hons it's going to make people feel more grossed out by us
Who is "us"?
Nobody's grossed out by trans women as a concept, people are just grossed out by gross hons (and they should be), as far as I'm concerned this is more your problem than mine
I look completely fine too and pass but it's definitely a cause for concern when some people's entire image of trans women is autistic fetish rapehons

if people's entire image of trans women is autistic fetish rapehons, then nobody's going to think "omg trans" when they see you in public since you aren't an autistic fetish rapehon (... you aren't, right?)
this is actually a GOOD thing you dope, let's bask in the obscurity created by the hons' useful idiocy

I don't much appreciate you using those "we" statements, it reads as forced teaming jsyk
I think you have that completely backwards. Largely people are at the very least tolerant of trans people in person. They might smirk or whatever, but they aren’t usually going to be purposefully offensive.
However, the concept of transgenderism tends to disturb people. The idea that something as fundamental as sex and biology are being attacked and chipped away at and the dominant social actors of society (Media Conglomerates, Pharmaceutical corporations) are wholehearted supporters makes people suspicious. What do they want? Why are companies we know are evil suddenly not evil when it comes to creating a new industry out of a disease that requires a lifetime of treatment but has no outward symptoms?

No, miss me with your hon cope. Nobody is "tolerant" of me, nobody is "just being polite" to me; people are nice to me because I'm pretty and everybody likes pretty people.
"the fundamentals of sex and biology" aren't a thing most people even worry about, that's just right-wing fearmongering, there's no culture war happening, you're just ugly lol

you're either a rightweenie with severe TDS
or
you're a hopeless ngmi hon who's obsessed with something he'll never be
either way, you aren't my friend and your problems aren't my problems
>They might smirk or whatever
why do i get the feeling this happens to you a lot? lol
I’m Cis, and it’s you who are coping. All you can ever hope to achieve as a trans person is total invisibility. You need to believe that nobody would really mind you being trans if you are pretty enough. You need to think that being pretty is enough to be a girl, but it isn’t. Nobody actually thinks it does except people who need it to be true.

ugly people are not inherently bad but when media outlets push transgender agenda shit and use ugly caricatures, THAT is what is bad. I know you redditors all believe that women like this are hecking valid or whatever and sure they are to a certain extent but these ugly women are used specifically by media outlets to make legitimate trans women look bad. they are purposefully giving people on the right reasons to hate us, they are purposefully making us look bad.
it's crazy that you do not understand this.
People on the right were split about the down syndrome Barbie. They just hate trans people because their trans. Even attractive celebrities have schizo christians call them secret transgender reptilians that worship Baphomet.
>Be Barack Obama >Objectively a pretty handsome dude, good body, pretty enough to be elected as first black president in a fairly racist country >drop bombs on hospitals >drone strike weddings >team up with Hillary to turn Libya into a decimated open air slave market >drone strike US citizens to extrajudicially assassinate them because you feel like it >say you'll close gitmo, do nothing to achieve that goal >pass a "healthcare reform" that delivers very minimal marginal improvements to a broken system and gives truckloads of cash to insurance and pharma companies >lol campaigned on universal healthcare too >flood Syria with weapons to empower the uhhh "democratic" militias >be handsome and well spoken, so normie libs think you can do nothing wrong
anon probably meant that pretty people are "perceived as" being more morally good, there's literally a term for this in psychology, I think it's called the halo effect?
I never know what level anons are coming from. There are plenty of people who just unironically believe ugly people and hons are intrinsically morally inferior
I mean the eyes are an issue but there's a lot this person could be doing to pass/look good eve.
For starters, what could be done immediately: >tranny bangs >eyebrow grooming >laser >eyepatch over bad eye >ditch glasses
And of course long term FFS and surgeries to address their eye condition. There's likely some that would at least help for it.
So yea, this isn't just a disability thing. It's also a low-effort thing.
There are plenty of people like Hunter in the mainstream already. Representing "ugly" disabled/unpassable trans people is important, and their stories are worth listening to. It would be dishonest for the media to only show "cute twinkhons" when they're just the most palatable segment of a wide spectrum of trans people. If those are the only trans people normies see in media, when they encounter a gigahon or a trans woman like the OP with visible deformities, they'll be even more disgusted and treat them worse. Yeah gorillahons are unpleasant to look at, and many of them could (should) try harder to at least look presentable even if they can't pass. But everyone deserves to be treated like a human being, and right now the dehumanization of hons is at a fever pitch in the reactionary mainstream.
Brick pride forever, suck my hairy tits if you don't like it.
That's why transmaxxing as faggy incels is important
>ugly people bad
>>ugly people bad
yes
no.
maybe we should stop acting like being ugly is bad? do not judge people by their body but their actions and their character.

How do you feel about people thinking you're a bad person?
don't really care and also, the vast majority of people will have a negative opinion of that person because they are ugly, that's just how it works
"Welcome to life" - black women
Well why the fuck show the ugliest people? How will that win us support?
ugly people are not inherently bad but when media outlets push transgender agenda shit and use ugly caricatures, THAT is what is bad. This is literally one of the eternal truths of the universe, yes.
Ugly people are always morally bad and pretty people are always morally good
Transphobia doesn't really exist, just uglyphobia, pretty trans people don't really have the same problems that hons do
