They need to figure the housing and insurance issues out quick. If they keep getting battered with hurricanes and insurance companies keep leaving and jacking rates will be very prohibitive to growth
>figure the housing and insurance issues out quick
Stop letting people make houses out of sticks and mold food (drywall). Problem solved. "But muh 4800 sqft zero lot mcmansion!"
>Everyone is going to gradually starve and eat each other to death
Don't worry about this. We had a massive population on the planet in the past. It's just the corporate chemical industry has failed the farmers, big agra and big chem. And failed to provide food with the correct amounts of nutrients .
But we don't need big chem to be greedy and destroy topsoil with nitrates ,pesticides and GMO. We have other methods we historically used. There will be plenty of food.
Let's be real. The Texas triangle houses the only real industrial metropolises in the Western hemisphere. They've also got semiconductor fabs coming online, zero state income tax, a lax regulatory regime...
What's wild in Texas is property taxes largely go to local governments (especially school districts) yet texas has abnormally terrible schools. Why is that?
(it's because money earmarked for school districts is sent to border security (good) and massive highway overconstruction (bad))
>Lots and lots of spics
This. Texas needs to be thought of as multiple states in one. The Rio Grande Valley / Border area is practically Mexico and if you exclude it all of Texas' stats improve dramatically.
doesnt even have to be private, some suburb school like in first colony have some of the most advanced math curriculums ive seen (granted this was a decade ago they may have gone down the shitter since)
and even in schools the disparity is huge. i went to a high school in HISD and pretty much all of our AP students would get into UT Austin at minimum and 1/4th would go to Ivy League. but AP students were 1/5th the population of the school (and also white, asian, and a speckle of other races)
i took history in non AP courses bc i couldnt be assed to do 3 hours of history homework a day and it was all black, hispanic, and jungle asian students and my teachers would love me because just because my half assed efforts (zero studying, doing hw in class just so i didnt have to do it at home) were miles better than anyone else in the class.
>insane property taxes
about 200 a month for a 2000 sq ft house on 1/3 of an acre in Fort Worth.....is that really that insane? Most of it, about 50%, funds the schools.
bullshit, you must have a shit-ass shack.
My coworker who bought for 170k in 2014 on a 1/8th acre lot got valued at 340k by the godamn tax assessors office, denied his protest (californians buying anything sight unseen as long as it's under 500k) and is expecting to pay 7.4k in property taxes.
This also doesn't include the rooferpocalypse causing insurance companies to raise everyone's yearly premiums.
live in Texas and I agree that other anon is full of shit about both the amount of property tax that 2000 sq ft on 1/3 an acre would be in any city in Texas and you are spot on wrt to insurance, mine went up 50% for no fucking reason last year. I've never put in a claim. Texas is NOT an affordable state, it's simply California with better politics and worse weather.
just checked and you're right. it's doubled since 2006 from 200 to almost 400 a month. House is appraised at 200K. Your friend picked the wrong place to live.
This. We need to get the message out to californians that Texas sucks and they should go somewhere else like new york. Also, we need to get this message to the californians in Austin so they leave. Texas is just a lost cause. Let the fascists have it, it sucks
>doesn't have a reliable grid thanks to green insanity >green insanity >Texas
How do you keep falling for this shit? I've had this cartoon in my politics folder for over ten years and it's still just as true now. Texas' power grid is going to shit because if you deregulate everything, companies stop bothering with failsafes and backups.
when people talk about Texas's power grid being bad due to green theyre almost always referring to the times the power grid fails when there is a snowstorm.
the reason is that in the winter there usually isnt too much demand for electricity (you rarely need to turn on the heater) so the coal power plants are shut down for maintenance. during that time the power demand is placed heavily in green power like wind.
the windmills werent properly fitted to withstand the snow (bc it "snows" once every 5 years) and they cant just turn on the coal plants that are down for maintenance so it creates a shitstorm where everyone is running their (mainly electric) heating putting a strain on the already strained power grid.
personally, i've never lost power in the winter and the only time i ever lost power in the last decade was when a tornado blew through my neighborhood.
>What green policies did they implement that caused the power grid to go to shit?
A shitload of production coming from unreliable sources like wind and solar. It's why every damn day this week they are threatening brownouts around 8pm because the sun goes down, the wind isn't blowing yet, but it's still hot as fuck. I guess nobody could have guessed that LMFAO. Another big one they did was switching the natgas pipeline pumps from running on the gas in the pipe to grid electricity, that was a big contributor to the winter storm problems. Greens are fucking insane and will drive us to feudal living.
The south manufacturers most automobiles and is full of natural resources like coal. Also here in Kentucky there is a plan to build the largest battery plant for electric vehicles. I saw an article not to long ago that southern GDP just exceeded northen GDP. The south is also one of the most affordable, traditional, and Christian parts of America.
Also we actually have families. This is the article that I mentioned. It even has a population graph. Northern population is decreasing because they are homosexuals. Many people here in the south still get married young and have several children.
https://www.forbes.com/sites/adammillsap/2023/07/06/us-economic-activity-moves-south-as-northeasts-decline-continues/?sh=77f77f03126a
My money is on the Great Lakes. >ample fresh water >less harsh winters moving forward >large cities past their prime ripe for redevelopment >surprisingly large economy >perfect distance between cities for rail transit >suburban kids love living out their le big walkable city dreams and the midwest is full of that shit, even in smaller towns >outsized infrastructure relative to population >much lower inflation than the rest of the country on average >actually attainable real estate
Oh and the best part? >rapidly declining black population, especially in shitholes like detroit and the south side of chicago
If you're here, you're early. Very early. But the next migration will happen soon. In some ways I feel it's already started
Source? I've heard of AMOC collapsing and freezing western/northern Europe but never heard of the Polar Vortex collapsing. What would be the implications of that?
It does it every year to varying degrees and increasing. It builds up as normally during winter but then it stops getting colder sooner than it optimally could so instead of maintaining itself from the cold it basically collapses in itself and spreads. The warmer it gets the more severe the spread. So yeah the arctic might be warmer but it's still ass fucking cold. And it spreads to us the warmer it gets. During the winter. It unfortunately doesn't have a corresponding effect during the summer. The vortex is just that. A country sized swirling pattern of wind.
In Michigan? Where? I’ve genuinely only seen 5 people of Hispanic origin in my entire life here outside of downtown Detroit where they have that little Mexican village. Oh, and there are illegal workers that live… well I don’t know where they live but even they aren’t that common. And I mean it when I say I’ve only ever met 5 Hispanics. The number might actually be three. I can only think of three.
I don’t live in a remote or exclusively white area either
They live in Northern Indiana in giant shithole houses packed to the brim with illegals that migrate around the midwest to do farm work and other under the table tasks.
Oh, so they live in Indiana but like do work tours in Michigan? Interesting. Northern Indiana makes sense, Chicago Metropolitan Area has a significant amount of Hispanics and places like Gary are so close that they’re actually considered a part of the Metro, even though they’re in Indiana.
Actually Ohio probably has the most promise of any of the states in the Midwest. Was just in the three Cs a few weeks ago and it's incredible how much potential those cities have.
Don't worry, just like the texans we'll get our day in the sun and get a chance to golden parachute out of our homes with a 774% markup to a californian
I would give all of that away and accept permanent economic ruin and decay rather than have a single out-of-stater (or foreigner, for that matter) come here. No migration; a massive border-spanning wall, a DMZ lined with automated turrets, landmines, and wild bobcats. I would rather the state DIE than be subverted by outside influence.
It's definitely the Great Lakes. The Northeast may have a bigger population, but the Lakes megaregion has more land, more water resources, and as you say, more potential.
Reminder that Ohio is closed off to all of you. Fuck off, we're full. California plates get you pit-maneuvered on sight.
No one cares about what Ohians think and people will move in anyway. Just deal with it. Ohio headcanon is ridiculous.
Well Virginia has always been a vital state since colonial times. A large amount of early presidents came from there, and NOVA being part of the D.C. metro area and having so many federal govt institutions makes it important. Richmond and Hampton Roads help it too. I certainly see potential there in the future. The future of the Northeast as a whole, mainly New York tbqh, is concerning though.
My only connection to Virginia is some ancestors on one of my grandmother's side, some who I think were even Confederate soldiers. I would have to double check that one though. I know my Kentucky ancestors had some Confedrates.
Yep. It's our turn to be the faggy part of the country everyone hates. It brings a tear to my eye
Kek, maybe. I hear there is lots of investment pouring into Chicago, which will lead the region, certainly for the U.S. side and Toronto for Canada. It think it's losing population though like the other anon mentioned, which maybe won't be a bad thing long-term if the population recovers with rich suburbanites moving in as opposed to ghetto critters.
wtf are you talking about? The Northeast is still the whitest part of the US and supports the rest of the country.
Without funding from the North the south would be fucked in a month, and the other regions would follow shortly.
But what could you possibly predict over the next 50 years except the weather? What did anyone predict now in 1973? And if you know about the answer for weather now then you'll know the answer for weather then.
I would honestly move to Anchorage. The cost of living is low, and the God damn weather isn't hot as a bitch during summer, it is fucking 60-70 like paradise during Summer.
I have actually been told specifically that Anchorage is beautiful. It may be a bustling job hub in the far future anyway, seems like a nice place to live. That or Denver.
Plus this chart doesn't even list Las Vegas as up and coming. That is a HUGE city right now, way more commerce than ever before and they just bought the Oakland A's.
>The cost of living is low, and the God damn weather isn't hot as a bitch during summer, it is fucking 60-70 like paradise during Summer.
To be fair, much of the midwest has this right now.
>Vegas
Already popped, I would not call vegas "up and coming." it's been discovered.
>Already popped
That's not how economics works. That kind of commerce would just add to an economic boom. Las Vegas will be this way for quite some time as people emigrate from CA
places like LV (Nevada in general) and interior Texas only make sense so long as other parts of the country have insane laws to escape from. They are inferior when it comes to weather, water, food production, and ports. There is no sign of the insane places getting less insane but things tend to change faster than anyone predicts.
Texas Triangle, Gulf Coast (excluding New Orleans and including Mississippi), Florida, and Piedmont Atlantic. Ezpz. Mass migration, state policies and laws, etc. make them the obvious choice. Mississippi is phasing out state income tax soon so expect some growth in the majority White areas. Northeast is done. Held together by old money and will collapse from all the liberals and naggers. California is toast for the same reason except liberals and spics.
Texas will be baking due to climate change. The whole state + Arizona should be covered with solar panels just to supply the battery needs for the entire country and military
the crisis caused by mass relocation from uninhabitable areas will destabilize surrounding regions. all of california is already limited on water.
it will just be continuation of status quo: rich people with gated properties, shithole ghettos with factories and miserable slaves, and not enough water to keep every hippy beggar alive. expect yosemite to be privatized in your livetime
cali wali isn't special. nearly half of the usa's trade goes through california ports, it's where hollywood is and they tricked a bunch of tech companies into relocating out there with low taxes then promptly jacked the taxes up once everyone was established. frankly california could do a lot better if it had competent management
More than a million people have left cancerfornia as well as thousands of businesses. I bet you don't even know how many big name insurance companies have left cancerfornia.
That state is being mismanaged to hell by demosharts and the retards who vote for them.
lol. socal is an urban hellscape. the epitome of capitalist society ruining its environment, but the rich shitheads love it so it will always generate strong income. not to mention the top secret government contractor facilities.
>no water >desert >30 mln mexicans >drugs everywhere
You aren't ahead you are just propped by other regions.
And no, you aren't the farm of the USA since you are literally a desert with no water. Your water comes from Colorado river.
This is from the Judge Dredd comic universe. After a nuclear war automation made it so all of a people's basic needs were met, but then everyone was unemployed and had nothing to do.
I goes into great detail how various peoples tried to fill up their free time, trying to become super rich, unbridled hedonism, risky behaviors, traveling off world (if they are allowed), and eventually rampant crime, and suicide.
Appalachia. >Mountains for isolation while everything burns >Rivers for trade and raiding >Neglect becomes our ally. Culture of fuck the government, survive how you must.
Appalachia will become the new barbarians-turned-overlords when modern Rome falls.
Honestly this is my dream. I want to found the independent state of Hoosaria and trade stolen Canadian goods to the Appalachian hill people I call kin.
yea. it's a bit tone deaf. Any "mega region" needs optimized travel systems, taxes, and similar political goals which means cooperation between the cities. The NE does not get along. Boston, NY, Baltimore, D.C. Richmond, etc are not going to all band together over anything. Same for great lakes. It should be call the "Chicago" region and everyone in the vicinity of Chicago hates it. The only regions in OPs map that are culurally connected are Norcal, Socal, and cascadia.
Even i have to admit the south wouldn't ban together for much these days. we've lost georgia/atlanta, tennessee has been sniffing its own farts pretending the whole state is austin texas for a decade now. There's just too much different between the southern regions these days.
oh god I recognize you, you're the delusional JMU college kid. Yes yes I'm sure Virginia is high in all the good goy rankings it's amazing the "economy" you can have when your main customer and employer is robbing the rest of the country.
>Also why are some of them disjoint?
Gotta include the extremely affluent bits like Aspen (I'm just assuming it's in there, can't be fucked to check). Decent spot(s) to escape to.
I give it to the Great lakes. Lots of farmland, lots of fresh water, good climate, lots of industry, far majority white, good water systems for shipping and travel such as the Ohio River, Mississippi river, great lakes, and St Lawrence River. >Northern California
Look at SF >Southern California, Arizona Sun Corridor
Overpopulated >Northeast
The traditional core of America but less self-sufficient and decaying population in some places >Piedmont Atlantic
naggers >Gulf Coast
A lot of the cities here seem past their prime or not very important anymore, plus naggers >Texas Triangle
Might have some potential, but I don't think as much as the midwest >Florida
This is where I live and yes it has boomed in recent times but It's not really sustainable because our entire economy is centered around catering to boomers, plus not very cohesive since naggers in Jacksonville and hispanics in Orlando and Miami >Front Range
Could be ok >Cascadia
nuke Portland and Seattle and would be great
>Gulf Coast >A lot of the cities here seem past their prime or not very important anymore, plus naggers
don't discount the gulf coast it has the biggest export ports in America, abundant water, and decent farmland. I also think Great Lakes could be great again.
This. We need to get the message out to californians that Texas sucks and they should go somewhere else like new york. Also, we need to get this message to the californians in Austin so they leave. Texas is just a lost cause. Let the fascists have it, it sucks
a lot of Californians and Texas libs are heading for Colorado these days. Texas' big problem is its boomer pro business and civic nationalism mentalities.
>boomer pro big business
Thats why they have money and aren't a vassal state for california or new york. Sorry to tell you this, but you gotta have money to be relevant >civic nationalism
There are a lot of white people with Spanish sounding last names
I generally agree with this, but I would add that all the west coast regions suffer from being in a major earthquake zone. Maybe nothing will happen in the next couple of centuries, but equally they could be wiped out in the next decade. The latter is unlikely, but all it would take is one Big One to make potential investor and migrants reconsider them as a viable future.
The Great Lakes definitely seem like the best bet, especially with booming Canadian cities right across the border.
Great Lakes and Piedmont Atlantic seem like the best bet. People moved from the Great Lakes region to California and there's no reason why they wouldn't move back home.
I give it to the Great lakes. Lots of farmland, lots of fresh water, good climate, lots of industry, far majority white, good water systems for shipping and travel such as the Ohio River, Mississippi river, great lakes, and St Lawrence River. >Northern California

said, the problem Piedmont Atlantic has is that it's right in the middle of the highest concentration of naggers outside of Africa. Plus, the white population isn't known for having a history of good governance and economic vitality either.
It has the potential to pick up migrants who're looking for a warm climate as California and Florida work hard to make themselves unliveable, and while its still relatively cheap it'll be attractive to business, but the problems with crime, corruption, and lack of an educated work force will hamstring its development.
Part of me wants to bulldoze every city in the southwest and let the people there suffer but another part of me recognizes that the place functionally acts as a containment zone for the most retarded people that don’t produce a sustainable culture and should be kept separate and left to rot.
Northern Saxony in Germany. We have the second largest cargo airport in Germany, DHL, Amazon, BMW, Porsche, Beiersdorf and there are thousands of jobs yet to come, watch and see.
Just ignore that israelite he shills in every thread. It's an ngo from Richmond. They stay salty because they have no real southern identity as they're transplants. Only transplants defend that shithole state at this point.
It's already happened. They started clear cutting mountains in north GA, WNC at an alarming rate. Even my rural town in this region is crawling with Yankee boomers. The amount of local political dirt I have on this region would get me killed lol. Point being, the silver lining, is all these boomers who bought these mountain top palatial estates and robbed locals on their birthright will be dead soon, or cold cocked from the roving black biker gangs moving drugs into the area. It's hilarious to watch them destroy an area so quickly. Asheville is a perfect example. In six years, that city rapidly went to shit. That mid Atlantic area has Cali prices on southern salaries. It won't last for long.

the carolinas are full of psycho rednecks and country blacks who shoot unfortunate pets that stray on their lawns... pricing them out of the states will be a good thing

The white Virginian rednecks were already priced out long ago.
Lol at people saying Great Lakes. What a depressing fuckin shit hole
Honestly I think Appalachia is going to fix its shit. Texas is the new New York so it’ll be a while till that crashes. North East is zombieland.
Cali seems hot or miss but not going to crash as hard as the east like Florida will. Gulf coast is a sleeper that could rise. Colorado has hit its ceiling long ago. Cascades has a war on the horizon. Finally, who the fuck wants to live in the desert?
Neither retarded nor israeli. I've lived in Chicago (city and suburbs), both great. Obbviously every city has it's shitty part, but when's the last time you visited yours?
Never? Got it. The parts of the city you (as a normal white guy) are actually going to be in are just as safe as wherever the fuck you live. Seriously, just don't be black and that reduces the chance of you getting shot by like 80%.
I'm in Grand Rapids now and it's growing surprisingly quick.
When’s the last time I visited my what? My city? NYC is long gone sadly. Idk Great Lakes whites are so fuckin dull and stupid. But you enjoy the history. I’m sure it won’t hit the wall soon or anything.
Grand Rapids right now (on assignment for work), then likely somewhere else in the midwest. Originally from Chicagoland (north shore), went to school in Florida, then back to Chicago (the city) for a few years. Then all over the country for a few months at a time >miami >kansas city >dallas >columbus >NYC >seattle >atlanta
And now GR. I like Chicago the most though, probably because I'm most familiar with it. but it is a pretty cool place to live.
Stop ruining my state, you shitty policy refugees. 30 million of you will lose power when the dam reaches dead pool at 8%, and we will not let you in through the only road. Die.
The northeast is the area of the country most insulated from the affects of climate change. Population will explode over the next 50 years as people flee less hospitable places.
/misc/ has a hate boner for California but honestly I think they will do really well in the future. The Bay Area will always be a prime spot for innovation and capitalism. They're America's upstream. If they have problems it's because they simply have them sooner than the rest of the country and will probably get over them sooner too.
Virginia mountains are nice, beaches are kinda meh but better ones are relatively close. The jobs are great if you're greatest ambition in life is government or government contractor employment. I talk some trash on Virginia but it's from familiarity and watching how far it's fallen, I lived there years ago. NoVA however has always been one of the most boring, bland places on earth, a place where the NPC'iest of NPC's flock to live in a McMansion and convert their gov't paycheck into crap to put in the McMansion and dinner at the strip mall once a week. I honestly don't know how people can stand it there it is very materialistic but in a back stabby way they are all trying to climb over each other for that coveted GS-15
>Virginia never fell.
Lol, LMFAO even. Lee's statue literally fell. Not surprised there are so many Indians there, Indians tend to be very materialistic. Why is that?
The reason why Virginia has Indians is because the Indians who arrive into Dulles are here for a better life, and they help the commonwealth's economy.
>virginia never fell >the new state flag depicts libertus being raped and defiled, hence the titty out >the spear is pointing downward, admitting defeat
Also, you'll never be mid-atlantic. Much like you will never be a woman.
Fuck the Chicago land and Detroit area, they have been shipping homeless wastrels nonstop into Indiana for like 3 years now. The Fort Wayne and Indianapolis area have seen a boom in the black population specifically of refugees fleeing the lefty shitholes nearby. I absolutely hate it.
American here, trying to be as unbiased as possible while also being realistic.
Florida already had its come up. It was one of the least populated and honestly largely irrelevant states full of farms and then it became one of the most relevant states. It’s doing great and will continue to do so.
California is on a decline, and the horrible economic and political situation certainly doesn’t help.
Cascadia is off-puttting for similar reasons to California
The East Coast Megaregions have existed for a long time and are also experiencing a decline, though not as horrible as the West Coast
I have the greatest amount of optimism for the Great Lakes Region. It’s recovering from being the abandoned Rust Belt and is attracting new business like crazy. I live here.
Texas will of course continue to do good, but the Triangle will lose its spot in the spotlight soon in favor of the Gulf Coast.
I don’t know much about the Atlantic Megaregion in the South, but it can definitely do well.
As for the “Sun Belt” I really don’t know. Between the Hispanics, overwhelming heat, africanized bees, ugly cities, and water being wasted on golf courses in the middle of a desert, you couldn’t pay me to move there.
> Potential white immigrant > Eager to move to US and willing to work and be civil > Whites are one of the few groups that aren’t a statistical net negative on our society > “Don’t come to my home”
This is great, keep doing this. It really helps the state when we’re facing a massive nonwhite immigration crisis. Retard.
Ukrainians are all government slaves, they'll just end up doing whatever the government tells them to do, which in our case means supporting more beaners.
Hello my friend. I am somewhat biased because it is my home state, but I have to recommend Michigan to you.
The Great Lakes is a beautiful region, and every state has something to offer, but Michigan has everything in one and is arguably the most appealing.
Ohio is okay, but rather boring in my opinion.
Illinois has a nice countryside, but it is neglected by the politicians who control the state exclusively from the Chicago Metropolitan Area, which is not a nice place to live and is extremely corrupt. I do not think the state has an optimistic future.
Indiana is literally just fields and ugly, dying cities. Sucks.
Minnesota is a beautiful state, but very cold. It is extremely liberal, which has lead to bad laws being passed and a massive increase in third world violent immigrants from places like Somalia.
Wisconsin is fine, really, but nothing too unique.
Michigan has a bed reputation because of cities like Detroit and Flint, but is recovering quickly. We have much business moving in, beautiful stunning nature. Nice people, and most areas are safe. There are plenty of job opportunities no matter what you specialize in. We are a global manufacturing hub and also have countless prominent universities with amazing reputations. You are never more than 6 miles (9.65 km) from a significant body of water (lake, river, etc.). We have coastal access to 5 of the 6 Great Lakes, which all have their own unique differences in terms of waves, danger, and temperature. I can keep going if you want.
I would highly recommend watching a youtube video on good reasons to move to Michigan, and what to expect in the state. Since you are Ukrainian, I am guessing you are Orthodox. In the Southeast of the state we have many Orthodox Churches due to our large Balkan and Eastern European immigrant populations, if you need a church to attend regularly.
I have to defend The Northern Indiana Parks and Rivers, they are awesome and beautiful. Most of the state's primordial bog has been drained for farmland, and I wish we had more forests than we do, but its not that bad if you just skip out on the Big Cities. It also has a burgeoning population of Tech company and Defense company businesses, and the dying embers of the American Automotive industry if you want to avoid the farm side of things.
Its ridiculously cheap to live here. While our government is an incompetent bunch of bafoons and traitors that deserve to be lined up on crosses, its better than Illinois, Ohio, and Michigan on the tax front.
True, you do have a very good cost of living, that is a huge advantage especially when there’s good jobs around. States like Indiana are special, in a way. You do still have access to the Great Lakes, and since you’re largely overlooked it’s kind of like a hidden oasis for easy living.
big thank you anon. You wrote more than I expected to receive. I hope to come to US soon and while my location will probably be decided by the job, I do hope to end up in Michigan. The nature and climate doesn't seem much different from what we have here.
Any time, friend. I’m glad to hear that you want to come here, I wish you good luck. Even if you don’t end up in Michigan, you should still visit some time for your own sake.
The lakes are amazing, particularly Lake Michigan because of the warmer temperature, cleaned beaches, better sand, and idyllic coastal tourist towns.
Our nature isn’t the most unique on the planet, but if you know where to look you can find nice landmarks. Here is what I recommend:
1.) Porcupine Mountains
2.) Sleeping Bear Dunes
3.) Mackinac Island
4.) The Upper Peninsula in general, especially for hunting or forest exploration
5.) Any nice coastal town on Lake Michigan. Here you can find people enjoying nice beaches with soft sand, warm water, and great sun.
6.) Tahquamenon Falls
7.) Lake Huron (kayaking especially)
8.) Pictured Rocks (in the Upper Peninsula, on the cost of Lake Superior)
Another thing about Michigan is the seasons. While many states only really experience “one season” or two in a year, Michigan gets them all. We have freezing cold snowy winters, and hot sunny summers. Autumn is always beautiful here, and people like to get out and engage in Fall Festivities as much as they like to participate in summer fun here. Spring is wet and stormy, but the transition and return of animals and plants is always beautiful.
Can literally ANYONE tell me what the FUCK goes on in arizona besides californians and boomers moving there and importing millions of illegals to dust off their rockscaping for pennies on the dollar?
I can't think of a SINGLE important thing that's happened in arizona besides sheriff joe and the gadsden purchase.
>Emerging Megaregion
this is fucking horrifying >you drive into the bad side of town >you drive for several hours >it's still the bad side of town
It's like Miami, but forever. Holy shit that is literally Hell
It’s not like that anon. Megaregions are areas in which many metropolitan areas are clustered closely together. But being in a metropolitan area of a city doesn’t mean it’s in the city. I live in a Metropolitan Area, but to get to the city it’s dedicated to I have to drive 40 minutes. However, rural area is only a 15 minute drive away and I live in a relatively small town.
Except you've gotta drive with all the crazy people. At least in chicago there's commuter rail so you can leave your comfy suburb and skip all the rough parts of town on an express train.
The suburban stations are usually pretty comfy too
Texas triangle. I can't think of any state that actively tries to lower tax. Property tax is expensive in Texas, but they're planning to lower it to 0%.
I had to pull my kids out due to teacher endorsed homosexualry and a trans kid in the wrong toilet. I live in a conservative area, but makes no difference when all the teachers are hired from the same communist controlled state universities.
One of the top public schools in the state is next county over. School made news for having a contractor come in to teach Sex Ed using literal porn.
Another school in my county had a teacher try to get student to sign a Muslim confession of faith as part of a social studies lesson.
Basically fuck Virginia public schools for forcing my family to pay private tuition in addition to property taxes.
The northeast and anything on the west coast. All israelites, corporations and real estate speculators should focus all their energy and money in those areas and not even bother the rest of the country.
Unironic empire of long florida.all that's needed is a nuclear strike capability and diffuse governance/constitutionalism and it would genuinely be a (real industry) economic powerhouse
PNW/Cascadia is the best hope we've got. >huge untapped agricultural capabilities >natural defenses >not at huge risk from climate change >low population means the ability to move there and actually implement change through voting CURRENTLY. >region already has a deep local cultural identity >unrestricted ocean access >multiple deep water ports >modern construction methods make earthquakes less and less of a risk >can eventually link up to Alaska and its massive cache of natural resources
Boswash and the one with Atlanta will merge into Bama, the Boston Atlanta Metropolitan Axis. That will be what remains of America in its current progression. Florida will become a drug infested shithole. I'm not sure about California or the PacNW, but everything else will be a wild west.
Probably texas but don't discount the Great Lakes. It has the best geography of any region on the planet. Ample farmland, plentiful fresh water, mineral wealth, and feeds into the Mississippi River and Atlantic Ocean through the erie canal. What's been keeping the region down is black parasitism, union bloat, and the Jones Act. "The Third great migration" is alleviating the first problem. Hopefully they'll find a way to turn things around.
they have farmland, oil, and a lot of capital influx. every third new job opening in America is in Texas. And they have the free gun laws to mitigate damage from min0rities. They have some future
>they have farmland, oil, and a lot of capital influx. every third new job opening in America is in Texas. And they have the free gun laws to mitigate damage from min0rities. They have some future
New England. It's the whitest and has the highest white birthrate.
Also, lol at the stupid hicks in this thread saying the south and the midwest. You homosexuals rely on us for the most basic support.
Florida's in the lead by half a length
israelite York will be close for a long time just on inertia
They need to figure the housing and insurance issues out quick. If they keep getting battered with hurricanes and insurance companies keep leaving and jacking rates will be very prohibitive to growth
>figure the housing and insurance issues out quick
Stop letting people make houses out of sticks and mold food (drywall). Problem solved. "But muh 4800 sqft zero lot mcmansion!"
stop selling our woods to these yankee homosexuals so they can put up more plastic dollhouses and fast food chains, that's what we need to do
Florida is collapsing.
America is over. Get out before the shootings become hypernormalized.
None of them. America is doomed.
2PBP

Recovering from naggers and israelites is not possible.
S'truth
no it is not. white people are doomed because you're all already mentally defeated.
None.
Everyone is going to gradually starve and eat each other to death
>Everyone is going to gradually starve and eat each other to death
Don't worry about this. We had a massive population on the planet in the past. It's just the corporate chemical industry has failed the farmers, big agra and big chem. And failed to provide food with the correct amounts of nutrients .
But we don't need big chem to be greedy and destroy topsoil with nitrates ,pesticides and GMO. We have other methods we historically used. There will be plenty of food.
imagine the smell
Currently at work, at construction site, in port-o-potty.
I don't have to imagine.
Let's be real. The Texas triangle houses the only real industrial metropolises in the Western hemisphere. They've also got semiconductor fabs coming online, zero state income tax, a lax regulatory regime...
insane property taxes
What's wild in Texas is property taxes largely go to local governments (especially school districts) yet texas has abnormally terrible schools. Why is that?
(it's because money earmarked for school districts is sent to border security (good) and massive highway overconstruction (bad))
>yet texas has abnormally terrible schools. Why is that?
Lots and lots of spics. The private schools (read: white) are some of the world's elite.
>Lots and lots of spics
This. Texas needs to be thought of as multiple states in one. The Rio Grande Valley / Border area is practically Mexico and if you exclude it all of Texas' stats improve dramatically.
>Just exclude the 50% of the state that is 70% Hispanic and look at the the other 50% that is 68% White!?!?!?
Even I don’t cope this hard
Virginia has nice private schools too.
doesnt even have to be private, some suburb school like in first colony have some of the most advanced math curriculums ive seen (granted this was a decade ago they may have gone down the shitter since)
and even in schools the disparity is huge. i went to a high school in HISD and pretty much all of our AP students would get into UT Austin at minimum and 1/4th would go to Ivy League. but AP students were 1/5th the population of the school (and also white, asian, and a speckle of other races)
i took history in non AP courses bc i couldnt be assed to do 3 hours of history homework a day and it was all black, hispanic, and jungle asian students and my teachers would love me because just because my half assed efforts (zero studying, doing hw in class just so i didnt have to do it at home) were miles better than anyone else in the class.
>Why is that?
answered your own question. higher income places have better schools
Virginia has awesome and well-funded public schools.
Plenty of smart Indian kids too.
Property taxes go to your LOCAL school system, not the entire state, that’s why wealthier areas public schools are usually pretty decent.
>insane property taxes
about 200 a month for a 2000 sq ft house on 1/3 of an acre in Fort Worth.....is that really that insane?
I'd say Georgia is Illinois and comes with its own Chicago
just checked and you're right. it's doubled since 2006 from 200 to almost 400 a month. House is appraised at 200K. Your friend picked the wrong place to live.
Texas doesnt even have a reliable power grid now. How great do you think it will be in 50 years when zoomer Mexicans are running the show?
>now
Literally. We're under emergency warning right now. I should seriously go charge my phone.
>depending on government for something as simple as electricity
Fucking cuck
Texas is also running out of water and as
says doesn't have a reliable grid thanks to green insanity not to mention the high effective tax rate
Fact is Texas is California with better politics (for now). I live there and want to get the fuck out it's an overpriced sweltering hellhole
This. We need to get the message out to californians that Texas sucks and they should go somewhere else like new york. Also, we need to get this message to the californians in Austin so they leave. Texas is just a lost cause. Let the fascists have it, it sucks
>doesn't have a reliable grid thanks to green insanity
>green insanity
>Texas
How do you keep falling for this shit? I've had this cartoon in my politics folder for over ten years and it's still just as true now. Texas' power grid is going to shit because if you deregulate everything, companies stop bothering with failsafes and backups.
Californian transplants run ERCOT you fangle toothed homosexual, TX had no issues with winters prior to them moving in
You know, the fact that in all of Texas there's no one educated enough to run your power grid doesn't surprise me.
What green policies did they implement that caused the power grid to go to shit?
when people talk about Texas's power grid being bad due to green theyre almost always referring to the times the power grid fails when there is a snowstorm.
the reason is that in the winter there usually isnt too much demand for electricity (you rarely need to turn on the heater) so the coal power plants are shut down for maintenance. during that time the power demand is placed heavily in green power like wind.
the windmills werent properly fitted to withstand the snow (bc it "snows" once every 5 years) and they cant just turn on the coal plants that are down for maintenance so it creates a shitstorm where everyone is running their (mainly electric) heating putting a strain on the already strained power grid.
personally, i've never lost power in the winter and the only time i ever lost power in the last decade was when a tornado blew through my neighborhood.
This, the state that wants to secede is a power house economy. That's not good.
Everyone should move to Texas and make it the fag utopia is really wants to be.
The south manufacturers most automobiles and is full of natural resources like coal. Also here in Kentucky there is a plan to build the largest battery plant for electric vehicles. I saw an article not to long ago that southern GDP just exceeded northen GDP. The south is also one of the most affordable, traditional, and Christian parts of America.
>t train conductor
Also we actually have families. This is the article that I mentioned. It even has a population graph. Northern population is decreasing because they are homosexuals. Many people here in the south still get married young and have several children.
https://www.forbes.com/sites/adammillsap/2023/07/06/us-economic-activity-moves-south-as-northeasts-decline-continues/?sh=77f77f03126a
Many people here in the south still get married young and have several children.
This is happening here in Virginia.
I see tons of happy white families in the suburbs.
>Many people here in the south still get married young and have several children.
Forgot to greentext
sorry about that.
VA is still booming.
Im happy for you anon. Always wanted to visit the state capital and pay my respects to General Lee o7
Happens in Tennessee too
I've literally never felt safer in my entire life
My money is on the Great Lakes.
>ample fresh water
>less harsh winters moving forward
>large cities past their prime ripe for redevelopment
>surprisingly large economy
>perfect distance between cities for rail transit
>suburban kids love living out their le big walkable city dreams and the midwest is full of that shit, even in smaller towns
>outsized infrastructure relative to population
>much lower inflation than the rest of the country on average
>actually attainable real estate
Oh and the best part?
>rapidly declining black population, especially in shitholes like detroit and the south side of chicago
If you're here, you're early. Very early. But the next migration will happen soon. In some ways I feel it's already started
>less harsh winters moving forward
Ever heard of the polar vortex? As it warms it collapses.
I'll always prefer 2-3 months of cold to 8-9 months of butt sweat.
Yeah but mexicans are flowing in like crazy
Atlanta as well. I want to leave little Chicago(It's catching up to the real one and fast)
Yeah, especially in cities along the train lines and major highways. It is very cheap to live here.
McLean and Falls Church are not cheap, and they're thriving, diverse beltway suburbs.
Falls Church is 70% White though.
And McLean is 69% White.
True but the best Nova suburbs have thriving Indian communities too.
Reminder that Ohio is closed off to all of you. Fuck off, we're full. California plates get you pit-maneuvered on sight.
Fuck all of you.
Don't worry nobody is interested in your meth ridden trailer park and ghetto shithole
Good, back to Cali with you. We don't have room for naggers like you.
California plates get bricks thrown at them on the high way
>>less harsh winters moving forward
I see you’ve bought into climate retardation. This winter is going to be one of your harshest in decades.
It's definitely the Great Lakes. The Northeast may have a bigger population, but the Lakes megaregion has more land, more water resources, and as you say, more potential.
No one cares about what Ohians think and people will move in anyway. Just deal with it. Ohio headcanon is ridiculous.
The Northeast is killing itself really. It's time for a new region to take the wheel and for us to hate on. It has to be the Atlanta corridor
Virginia is the most important state, anon.
Sorry to tell ya.
No it isn't. You just have D.C. (Which isn't Virginia btw). Georgia is at least the gaynagger capital of the world.
Yeah, the Northeast is overpopulated, over-dense, and now has billion-dollar "refugee" bills to pay every year. Their time is over soon.
Kek. Go ahead and try.
Then why are you crying about it like a sperg and calling me slurs you retard?
Virginia's time is just getting started.
We have a lot of land to expand our business and population.
Yep. It's our turn to be the faggy part of the country everyone hates. It brings a tear to my eye
It's such an HONOR.
VA has as much land area as Kentucky.
That's why we've been booming and sprawling past Dulles and beyond.
wtf are you talking about? The Northeast is still the whitest part of the US and supports the rest of the country.
Without funding from the North the south would be fucked in a month, and the other regions would follow shortly.
>Without funding from the North the south would be fucked in a month
Last I checked my taxes go North not the other way around buddy.
We will bury you.
Its a meme you fucking nagger
Virginia has a large economy too, and we're booming.
Plus, our economy is helped by smart Pakistanis and Nepalis.
I moved from FL to MI last year. It's been awesome so far.
Great Lakes will probably also get /n/ across several states, causing greater public pressure for proper law enforcement.
That'd be awesome.
Whoever made this map is a crackhead. Winston Salem isn't there. That's Greensboro
>no connection between Kansas City and Oklahoma City through Wichita
This should have been a no brainer.
Yeah. That would be the Plains Megalopolis
>If you're here, you're early. Very early. But the next migration will happen soon. In some ways I feel it's already started
It has
If DeWine would stop flooding Ohio with Haitians I'd greatly appreciate it.
Quit telling them.
Tuebor
But what could you possibly predict over the next 50 years except the weather? What did anyone predict now in 1973? And if you know about the answer for weather now then you'll know the answer for weather then.
>Which "Emerging Megaregion" has the most promise?
whichever one managed to have the least nogs
New England it is then
I would honestly move to Anchorage.
Very true. Las Vegas is expanding rapidly. Nevada in general. Can't keep up with the influx.
places like LV (Nevada in general) and interior Texas only make sense so long as other parts of the country have insane laws to escape from. They are inferior when it comes to weather, water, food production, and ports. There is no sign of the insane places getting less insane but things tend to change faster than anyone predicts.
I would move to Virginia.
Virginia is cheap everywhere except for NoVa.
If Indians and Pakistanis can afford Virginia, then so can this board.
>vegASS
yeah maybe if you want to die of thirst, lake mead has been drying up over the last 20 years
Nuke those places and America becomes white again, please nuke big cities, please start ww3
>Texas will be baking due to climate change.
SoCal of course. We are already so far ahead of everyone else, they could never catch up.
pic rel
>Muh GDP
cali wali isn't special. nearly half of the usa's trade goes through california ports, it's where hollywood is and they tricked a bunch of tech companies into relocating out there with low taxes then promptly jacked the taxes up once everyone was established. frankly california could do a lot better if it had competent management
More than a million people have left cancerfornia as well as thousands of businesses. I bet you don't even know how many big name insurance companies have left cancerfornia.
That state is being mismanaged to hell by demosharts and the retards who vote for them.
>tfw states are now paying for people to shill them on LULZ
Yeah, no.
SoCal is not family friendly.
Virginia is family-friendly due to our low crime rate, and our economy is booming too thanks to tech and healthcare.
how much does the state of Virginia pay you to shill like this
He does it in every thread. I've been bullying him for months. It's a israeli ngo from Richmond.
How do you know hes not just a fag from nova/dc?
lol. socal is an urban hellscape. the epitome of capitalist society ruining its environment, but the rich shitheads love it so it will always generate strong income. not to mention the top secret government contractor facilities.
>no water
>desert
>30 mln mexicans
>drugs everywhere
You aren't ahead you are just propped by other regions.
And no, you aren't the farm of the USA since you are literally a desert with no water. Your water comes from Colorado river.
How is SoCal propped by other regions?
This is from the Judge Dredd comic universe. After a nuclear war automation made it so all of a people's basic needs were met, but then everyone was unemployed and had nothing to do.
I goes into great detail how various peoples tried to fill up their free time, trying to become super rich, unbridled hedonism, risky behaviors, traveling off world (if they are allowed), and eventually rampant crime, and suicide.
Appalachia.
>Mountains for isolation while everything burns
>Rivers for trade and raiding
>Neglect becomes our ally. Culture of fuck the government, survive how you must.
Appalachia will become the new barbarians-turned-overlords when modern Rome falls.
Honestly this is my dream. I want to found the independent state of Hoosaria and trade stolen Canadian goods to the Appalachian hill people I call kin.
It’s a nice dream
>Piedmont Atlantic
>Gulf Coast
>dividing Dixie at all
yea. it's a bit tone deaf.
We have the most promise.
The Mid-Atlantic is booming with technology, healthcare, and business.
We have Microsoft, Amazon, Deloitte, and many, many more.
>building panopitcon spy systems for the government and leading in the health racket means we are super awesome
never change Virginia
Forbes even ranked Virginia as the number one state to do business in.
The old dominion is the epitome of the sunbelt and American prosperity.
oh god I recognize you, you're the delusional JMU college kid. Yes yes I'm sure Virginia is high in all the good goy rankings it's amazing the "economy" you can have when your main customer and employer is robbing the rest of the country.
Ohio
We are strong, brother.
Virginia.
Doesn’t matter they will be completely infested by spics and run down into 3rd world beaner shit holes in 10 years max
Probably the Piedmont Atlantic. Everyone else is going to cannibalize each other.
Mid-Atlantic > Piedmont Atlantic.
We are more civilized, and Sic Semper Tyrannis.
>Front Range
Bit of a stretch tbh. It's literally just Denver and Albuquerque separated by 500 miles of nothing. Also why are some of them disjoint?
>Also why are some of them disjoint?
Gotta include the extremely affluent bits like Aspen (I'm just assuming it's in there, can't be fucked to check). Decent spot(s) to escape to.
Toronto. Canada will be a superpower by 2030, sirs.
wtf is cascadia? narcotics fairy land?
It's empty. Nothing there so disregard.
Front Range, but don't come here we're full. Unironically.
A United Korea
I give it to the Great lakes. Lots of farmland, lots of fresh water, good climate, lots of industry, far majority white, good water systems for shipping and travel such as the Ohio River, Mississippi river, great lakes, and St Lawrence River.
>Northern California
Look at SF
>Southern California, Arizona Sun Corridor
Overpopulated
>Northeast
The traditional core of America but less self-sufficient and decaying population in some places
>Piedmont Atlantic
naggers
>Gulf Coast
A lot of the cities here seem past their prime or not very important anymore, plus naggers
>Texas Triangle
Might have some potential, but I don't think as much as the midwest
>Florida
This is where I live and yes it has boomed in recent times but It's not really sustainable because our entire economy is centered around catering to boomers, plus not very cohesive since naggers in Jacksonville and hispanics in Orlando and Miami
>Front Range
Could be ok
>Cascadia
nuke Portland and Seattle and would be great
Piedmont Atlantic is growing anon, but unfortunately that comes at a cost of Ticks and Leeches coming after it's success
The Mid-Atlantic is booming.
Virginia is sunbelt as fuck.
Tons of good growth.
>Gulf Coast
>A lot of the cities here seem past their prime or not very important anymore, plus naggers
don't discount the gulf coast it has the biggest export ports in America, abundant water, and decent farmland. I also think Great Lakes could be great again.
a lot of Californians and Texas libs are heading for Colorado these days. Texas' big problem is its boomer pro business and civic nationalism mentalities.
>boomer pro big business
Thats why they have money and aren't a vassal state for california or new york. Sorry to tell you this, but you gotta have money to be relevant
>civic nationalism
>*Mid-Atlantic seems like the best bet
Ftfy, dude.
As
said, the problem Piedmont Atlantic has is that it's right in the middle of the highest concentration of naggers outside of Africa. Plus, the white population isn't known for having a history of good governance and economic vitality either.
It has the potential to pick up migrants who're looking for a warm climate as California and Florida work hard to make themselves unliveable, and while its still relatively cheap it'll be attractive to business, but the problems with crime, corruption, and lack of an educated work force will hamstring its development.
the piedmont Atlantic region is the fastest growing in USA
It will become the california of the east coast
The two megacities of the region will be Raleigh Durham metropolitan and the Atlanta metro
Wat about Charlotte?
You're forgetting Charlotte.
Oh yeah. I'm mortified at the future of the South.
The only good news was when Hollywood pulled out of some studio deal because of some anti-tranny law.
>Great Lakes
correct
something nobody has said: the Driftless
>something nobody has said: the Driftless
Holy shit I missed this. BASED
If you live in a megaregion, you are an urbancuck and will never be a real man (or a real woman)
It looks like Kansas City is going to be a major hub for the globohomo technocracy that they have planned.
They're pushing KC hard. They're pushing my entire state hard(North Carolina)
They basically want to turn the Carolina-Georgia area into the East Coast's California.
Part of me wants to bulldoze every city in the southwest and let the people there suffer but another part of me recognizes that the place functionally acts as a containment zone for the most retarded people that don’t produce a sustainable culture and should be kept separate and left to rot.
>yfw you get a megablock overlooking the wall to watch free mutant battles
I love maps.
Front range
Northern Saxony in Germany. We have the second largest cargo airport in Germany, DHL, Amazon, BMW, Porsche, Beiersdorf and there are thousands of jobs yet to come, watch and see.
Yes but now many mudslimes are there
Close to none. Because of our bad reputation, i guess. And i really like it that way.
Amish.
None because naggers and spiggers
I bet the Mid-Atlantic is whiter than the Southern Piedmont Atlantic.
Yeah but its sandwiched by poos and shitskins. They need all their resourced to fight off the horde of retards
Wrong.
Indian people smartly help the Virginian economy while the Virginian conservatives complain or move to redder, shittier pastures.
(I may or may not be one of those Indian Virginians)
Just ignore that israelite he shills in every thread. It's an ngo from Richmond. They stay salty because they have no real southern identity as they're transplants. Only transplants defend that shithole state at this point.
Virginia is a wonderful warning to the Carolinas of what they future will be like without change.
The white Virginian rednecks were already priced out long ago.
>absolutely fucking no civilization between OKC and Dallas
>Oklahoma is totally part of Texas region
Wat
Lol at people saying Great Lakes. What a depressing fuckin shit hole
Honestly I think Appalachia is going to fix its shit. Texas is the new New York so it’ll be a while till that crashes. North East is zombieland.
Cali seems hot or miss but not going to crash as hard as the east like Florida will. Gulf coast is a sleeper that could rise. Colorado has hit its ceiling long ago. Cascades has a war on the horizon. Finally, who the fuck wants to live in the desert?
>What a depressing fuckin shit hole
I'd disagree here. I love living here.
You sure you’re not just retarded and or israeli? Loooove shitcago. Cleveland? Buffalo? Paradise for sure!
>The parts of the city you (as a normal white guy) are actually going to be in are just as safe as wherever the fuck you live.
Bullshit,
>four-lane road
>diagonal parking spots
>no parkchicago meter (as this is clearly a main road)
>west coast-looking tree
That is not Chicago
nevermind, also blessed dubls throughout.
wot city?
Grand Rapids right now (on assignment for work), then likely somewhere else in the midwest. Originally from Chicagoland (north shore), went to school in Florida, then back to Chicago (the city) for a few years. Then all over the country for a few months at a time
>miami
>kansas city
>dallas
>columbus
>NYC
>seattle
>atlanta
And now GR. I like Chicago the most though, probably because I'm most familiar with it. but it is a pretty cool place to live.
Atlanta is the worst one isn't it
If you say yes I wouldn't be surprised
>50 years
Fucking delusional. The USA will not exist.
>Southern Cali
>Extends into Nevada
Stop ruining my state, you shitty policy refugees. 30 million of you will lose power when the dam reaches dead pool at 8%, and we will not let you in through the only road. Die.
The northeast is the area of the country most insulated from the affects of climate change. Population will explode over the next 50 years as people flee less hospitable places.
No. It will be the Mid Atlantic Region North Carolina Virginia parts of SC and others in this hypothetical scenario
climate change is something made up by the elites in Davos, to enslave retards like you.
Reminder that they basically want these to be megacities where the entire population is corralled.
Don't worry they'll make a Great Plains one soon too. You can't run forever
On the contrary, it’s the other way around, they can’t expand forever.
/misc/ has a hate boner for California but honestly I think they will do really well in the future. The Bay Area will always be a prime spot for innovation and capitalism. They're America's upstream. If they have problems it's because they simply have them sooner than the rest of the country and will probably get over them sooner too.
Atlanta is the same way. I hate the fucking place and wish it would be flooded out but it's economy is fucking enormous
what does Atlanta ave besides Coca-Cola and Delta Airlines? Airlines lose money btw
A sizable portion of the film industry. Also a few other companies have manufacturing plants there like BMW and others.
Also a ton of Likes live there now. They've infested like rats.
*israelite
All of these regions will be low % white
the future will be technological advancement thanks to black people
The US isn’t getting more Black and they’re notorious under achievers.
Yeah the blacks and Mexicans are having a dispute for the battery for the remains of Atlanta
Atlanta city and the exurbs of Atlanta are getting Whiter. The inner ring suburbs are fucked though with a few exceptions.
Yeah, but it's becoming the new L.A. People are coming far and wide to get famous
There are more deaths than births statistically for them. It's the Mexicans we should be worried about.
Black people have had zero population growth in decades
Yeah. That's what I'm thankful for. We can manage the ones we do have.
burn them all down
Virginia. We have mountains oceans jobs and plenty of wilderness to get away.
Yaaaas.
This 100%
Virginny has the best traits of the north and the south packed into one awesome Mid-Atlantic commonwealth.
We're just embracing our Mid-Atlantean identity.
It's all good.
>Virginia never fell.
Lol, LMFAO even. Lee's statue literally fell. Not surprised there are so many Indians there, Indians tend to be very materialistic. Why is that?
Georgia fell. Good thing hurricane Lee will have his revenge on the Yankees
>Good thing hurricane Lee will have his revenge on the Yankees
inshallah
The reason why Virginia has Indians is because the Indians who arrive into Dulles are here for a better life, and they help the commonwealth's economy.
I'm most likely one of them.
>virginia never fell
>the new state flag depicts libertus being raped and defiled, hence the titty out
>the spear is pointing downward, admitting defeat
Also, you'll never be mid-atlantic. Much like you will never be a woman.
Fuck the Chicago land and Detroit area, they have been shipping homeless wastrels nonstop into Indiana for like 3 years now. The Fort Wayne and Indianapolis area have seen a boom in the black population specifically of refugees fleeing the lefty shitholes nearby. I absolutely hate it.
None. The US is already dead.
>tfw Iowa
>tfw not part of a megalopolis
Should I be worried about my property value?
So whats the best state in the great lakes for a newcomer? asking for a friend.
Ukraine flag? Stay the fuck where you are. Stay the fuck away from my home
> Potential white immigrant
> Eager to move to US and willing to work and be civil
> Whites are one of the few groups that aren’t a statistical net negative on our society
> “Don’t come to my home”
It’s odd but all these regions seems to have some serious problems. I wouldn’t feel comfortable betting on any of them.
If I had to, I’d go for the northeast Boston/nyc/Dc region, just because that’s where the elites seem to rest their heads.
Government facilities and shit i think same as new mexico
new mexico has a small fraction of the population of Arizona
Yeah but NM has the white sands missile range, los alamos, aliens, and better call saul.
What does arizona have, tarantulas?
High temperatures?
Yes maybe lol i dont even know im a great lakes man myself
Tourism? The grand canyon. Idk
Which one will have the most conservative white people? Because that will be the most prosperous one to live in as well as the very best one.
the ones that won't be under fucking water
None that have naggers.
Promise? You speak of globalization of America as promising? Fuck everyone of you urban israelitery loving israelite.
the northern area, Kanata
the whitest one, so none of them
coincidentally, this is also a map of the fallout in a potential nuclear war
Piedmont, it's the only self sufficient region with a history of rebellion
Us.
>Emerging Megaregion
this is fucking horrifying
>you drive into the bad side of town
>you drive for several hours
>it's still the bad side of town
It's like Miami, but forever. Holy shit that is literally Hell
It’s not like that anon. Megaregions are areas in which many metropolitan areas are clustered closely together. But being in a metropolitan area of a city doesn’t mean it’s in the city. I live in a Metropolitan Area, but to get to the city it’s dedicated to I have to drive 40 minutes. However, rural area is only a 15 minute drive away and I live in a relatively small town.
Yeah. Wouldn't live there but commuting there I'm fine with or living in a midsize area.
Atlanta is Chicago:South
Except you've gotta drive with all the crazy people. At least in chicago there's commuter rail so you can leave your comfy suburb and skip all the rough parts of town on an express train.
The suburban stations are usually pretty comfy too
Texas triangle. I can't think of any state that actively tries to lower tax. Property tax is expensive in Texas, but they're planning to lower it to 0%.
I'm glad to be a Virginia taxpayer.
We truly have great public schools.
They're just universities.
VA is one of the most college-educated states, after all.
You get what you pay for (through taxes) when it comes to public education.
>0
Is Texas planning on cutting services or raising sales tax? Or is their sales tax enough?
Libertarian magic
Sales tax is enough. Pay tuition for schooling. I dont give a fuck. I don't want to pay tax. civil servants and politicians are incompetent.
If you mean 'most promise to be reconquista-ed' then sure
>Texas
Bitch, please.
We're called "The Booming Dominion" for a reason.
Virginia was 10 years ago. Now it's all about Georgia and North Carolina baby. As long as the ticks and leeches don't move here.
Calgary-Edmonton Corridor
Hmmm
I wasn't aware Atlanta was that israeli but that explains everything
Fresh water is most important, so great lakes
It will all be wetbacks by 2024
Florida, unironically. California and the northeast are total democrat shitholes. Florida is basically its own functioning country at this point.
The northeast and anything on the west coast. All israelites, corporations and real estate speculators should focus all their energy and money in those areas and not even bother the rest of the country.
> Cascadia
too communist
> Californias
imploding as we speak
> Great Lakes
too black
> North east
too gay
> Florida
Floridaman
> Atlanic
Black belt
The only left is Texas, Gulf, Arizona, and Front Range
Correct analysis except Arizona: it's hell on Earth for 6 months out of the year
new country borders just dropped
North East
NYC and Florida are the only two that count
Unironic empire of long florida.all that's needed is a nuclear strike capability and diffuse governance/constitutionalism and it would genuinely be a (real industry) economic powerhouse
HOLY SHIT WE MATTER
Congratulations you get lumped with North Fags.
Check'd
That's just ohio leaking thru
not for long!
PNW/Cascadia is the best hope we've got.
>huge untapped agricultural capabilities
>natural defenses
>not at huge risk from climate change
>low population means the ability to move there and actually implement change through voting CURRENTLY.
>region already has a deep local cultural identity
>unrestricted ocean access
>multiple deep water ports
>modern construction methods make earthquakes less and less of a risk
>can eventually link up to Alaska and its massive cache of natural resources
You forgot
>The PNW is not even remotely cheap for ordinary Americans
Boswash and the one with Atlanta will merge into Bama, the Boston Atlanta Metropolitan Axis. That will be what remains of America in its current progression. Florida will become a drug infested shithole. I'm not sure about California or the PacNW, but everything else will be a wild west.
Cascadia is fucked.
Great Lakes will turn into a warzone over the fight for water.
One day you will all bow before the might of pennsyltucky
America will bow down before the might of Virginia.
>Probably texas
https://thehill.com/latino/4063595-texas-is-now-a-majority-minority-state/
Yeah don't think so
they have farmland, oil, and a lot of capital influx. every third new job opening in America is in Texas. And they have the free gun laws to mitigate damage from min0rities. They have some future
>they have farmland, oil, and a lot of capital influx. every third new job opening in America is in Texas. And they have the free gun laws to mitigate damage from min0rities. They have some future
brown hands typed this post
only other brown people use brown as an insult because it's always on their mind you swarthoid
New England. It's the whitest and has the highest white birthrate.
Also, lol at the stupid hicks in this thread saying the south and the midwest. You homosexuals rely on us for the most basic support.
You probably just moved to NoVa.
It's a big commonwealth, anon.
Also, it's anything but a dump.
Us Virginians have to legally do the vehicle inspections because commuting is a part of the Virginian economy.
Fucking deal with it, bitch.
