The dumbest possible reason to get a degree. And I'm saying this as someone with an economics degree.

    >Trading cryptocurrencies requires a combination of various skills and knowledge from different fields. However, out of the four options provided, a degree in Finance would be the most useful for trading cryptocurrencies. While Computer Science and Mathematics provide strong analytical skills, they do not necessarily offer specific knowledge about financial markets and instruments, which is essential for trading cryptocurrencies. On the other hand, an Economics degree may provide some relevant knowledge about macroeconomic factors that can influence the cryptocurrency market, but it may not offer sufficient practical skills for trading cryptocurrencies. A degree in Finance, on the other hand, can provide a comprehensive understanding of financial markets, including cryptocurrencies, and equip students with analytical skills, financial modeling, portfolio management, and risk assessment. These skills are essential for understanding market trends, analyzing financial statements, identifying profitable trading opportunities, and managing risk in the volatile cryptocurrency market. That being said, it's worth noting that a degree alone may not be sufficient to become a successful cryptocurrency trader. It's important to have a strong interest in the market, stay up-to-date with the latest developments, and gain practical experience through internships or personal trading.

Major in Math, minor in CS.
Major in CS, minor in math.

Do not major in math unless you really love it. You'll have required courses that are insanely difficult and you'll hate your life if you don't enjoy it. Real analysis is probably, by and far, the hardest undergraduate course you can take at a university, of any subject.

Do not go for business, econ, or finance. The most successful hedge funds do not hire them. They hire math, CS, and physics people.
