Where exactly is the high beam switch on my 91 Caprice?

Pull the turn signal stalk.
Is there a way to keep them on without just holding the stalk?
Is this bait? The stalk is the switch. You either pull it or push it to switch it on.
It won't "push" back, it only "pulls" forward. This is why I'm asking since it should push back to lock on.
Sounds like time to sell it. I'll give you $600 for the Caprice as it sits.
The switch has failed and needs to be replaced.
You're going to have to pull the steering wheel to do that.
it should click when you pull it back and stay there, the switch inside is broken
procedure is similar to most gm vehicles of the era, youtube will have videos
No. This is just how it was back then
Dang, that is unfortunate for my purpose.
Your car has a hi-beam switch.
your mum has a hi-beam switch
>Is there a way to keep them on without just holding the stalk?
holy shit dude. You pull the stock to flash your brights at someone. You push the stock to turn them on continuously, it should click
It doesn't push
I remembered I have a junk steering column from another one lying around and it doesn't click back either
Those GM multifunction stalks don't push and they don't flash. You pull, it clicks. That's it.
Alright, so when I pull it (towards myself) it should click and stay on?
You see those two flip buttons in the pic you posted? The fat and the skinny one? Yea flip both of those first then pull the stalk, and now your high beams will stay on.
Dont forget to turn your lights off after you're done driving.
The fact that you still can't figure it out means your switch is broken.
Check the footwell, some americans had floor mounted high beam switches you push with your foot
get off LULZ grandpa
Lmao that shit was long gone even by 91.
They were still in use upto atleast '94 you fucking bus rider.
Well it definitely wasn't in the last gen b body, naggerlord. Source: I fucking owned a 94 roadmaster and it had the exact same stalk in it as the 91 Caprice.
nagger
So can anybody who owns a 91-93 Caprice confirm this or not?
