Look up basic fashion history. There’s like, dozens of blogs, think pieces and YouTube videos that’ll tell you basically the same thing.

Beau Brummell was probably the first man to start what would be the modern man’s style, although he is still extremely dandy-esque. He was the first to move away from the more colourful and extravagant clothes worn by his piers, and decided to focus on simpler silhouettes, more muted and complimentary colours,

I like the current minalism and black and white in fashion. A lot better than the OF/Frat pastel color shit we had back in the day.

They lived outside since around 280 AD, stupid, and then some event happened, a mudflood? And then spent years underground, until coming out and living more primitively for around the next 650 years as everything was lost.

You absolute stupid, sumerians were in in 2000 BC and christ was born in the year 0 That mudflood never happened and was regional flooding thanks to rivers being overflown. Also your argument that they had to spend years undeground makes no sense since prehistoric culture perfectyl aligns with it historic. I would also like some proof for your claims but it sounds like schizo posts on /x/

You know this is why they call it "the dark ages" right?

You are aware around that time every Roman bathhouse discovered across many countries are all buried simultaneously in around 10 feet of ground?

There were no buildings constructed in a 700 year time period. Those attributed to say 560 AD are distinctly Roman and were clearly built before the event of 280 AD. Rome didn’t slowly fall apart. An event happened and the world was in dark. It was 700 years later when it started up again to some normality which is when historians started writing books but the timeline was messed up and not understood.

Vikings did not exist in 860 AD or whatever. They existed in 200 AD.

What Roman coins were found in the viking areas? Roman coins from 200 AD. Why did they have 600 year old Roman coins? High value gold coins? Nope. Low currency everyday coins. No need to keep them for 600 years.

Look at a viking ship. Know what it is the same as? A Roman ship.

Look at a Gallic warrior from 200 AD. What do they look like? They are identical to vikings. Not because they are the same people, but because they are from the same time period.

Do you think 1000 years later the vikings were technically behind the Gauls? That makes no sense. They were more primitive in villages and not cities. Just like Germanic tribes. Again, because they all existed in the same time period.

Yah. They convince people to believe lies, truth tellers are crazy. And they teach people to be tolerant and open minded, and yet even when they can’t refute what I put, and actually read and learn, they get confused.

did you forget to take your meds Cecil?

No. Which part did you not understand?

Merchants and similar middle class ppl were traditionally required by convention to dress in a more conservative, modest manner than their betters. As the center of economic life shifted to commerce in the 17th and 18th centuries, and as traditional rank distinctions gave way to what we recognize as social class, men’s dress started to look more like the bourgeoisie as the society itself became more bourgeois.

And no, this isn’t some x MUH SCHIZO post.

Lots of history isn’t in order. Lots of history is lost. Records and accounts are always contested. Gunnar Heinsohn is a good place to start if you want an education.

These ships are from the same time period. Oh no wait, maybe 400 years later some dudes in Scandinavia got photos and instructions on how to build a Roman ship lol…

Or is it more a case of both groups existed at the same time and knew each other hence the ship similarity? Hmm.. Activates the old nut which logically makes more sense..

      >maybe 400 years later some dudes in Scandinavia got photos and instructions on how to build a Roman ship
      unironically this
it took 400 years for n*rds to learn something from the romans because of how backwards they were

      • CecilDrakeTheBoner says:

        ACTUALLY….

Well yes, Vikangz were a little backward. So too were the Germanic tribes in the Roman era. But the Gauls were in some way more advanced than the Romans. The Britons too were more advanced than the Germanics, but I would say behind the Gauls.

It’s also like how we are told the dinosaurs were cold blooded reptilians, yet there is now evidence of them spending all year in the antarctic. This would not be possible for them. So are they warm blooded?

OR. Did the poles of the earth shift and the antarctic was actually warm for them?

Probably so. And that’s what the panic about climate change today is about. Nothing to do with man made, it’s a polar shift that is due. In which a cataclysmic event will occur.

Maybe that’s what happened to Rome? Maybe that’s why everything ended up covered up in the earth.

That’s why "historians" screwed up about dates in which people were around and when buildings were constructed.

All ancients across the world left drawings of major events such as this. That’s because they saw polar shifts and major events occurring after. It’s why there are many underground living places across the world.

One is coming very soon. The elites have and are building bunkers. They will say YOU caused the event due to climate change, rather than admit polar shift is a natural occurrence of the earth and there is heck all we can do.. NO HOPE. Which would terrify people and cause mass panic.

        So now you know.

Corporations realized that there was a lot more money to be made by selling huge amount of simple and cheap clothes rather than a modest amount of complex, expensive clothes.
