      Besides the obvious eating right and exercising, there are a few things that are important.

      Lmao. Bloated abs are caused by insulin and HGH (over)use.

      almost no one exercises more than 1 hour a day
      it requires limited caloric intake (you can’t outexercise bad diet)

    I usually just fast but now I’m trying to put a little on. Heard being rail thin with HRT is a no starter so you need a little fat.

    My secret is I only eat brown bread, brown rice, no added sugars, lots of veggies and some meat. Also I do a lot of exercises.
    The ultimate trick is to never get pregnant or get any IUDs. Hormonal IUDs might be fine, but the copper ones immediately make your belly look bad, no matter what you do.

    I don’t. I fluctuate between chub and lean depending on my diet, but I don’t go insane watching it. I just stay strong and keep good endurance.

    If you’re in it for aesthetics, you have to identify what your goals of aesthetics are. If it’s to get women/men in bed, and you can accomplish that by being charming and fun, you don’t need to cut out enjoyment of things like food and alcohol, if you have self-control.

    If you need your abs showing because you want to look a certain way, that sounds more like body image issues due to a low self-esteem. You have to learn to love yourself for who you are.

    I’m no scientist, but this has helped me before when I was doing kick boxing.

    Low fat diet, of course. Two bowls of salad with beet, kale and spinach DAILY.

    Walk from 8000 steps to 18000 daily. (THIS IS KEY)
    This are not accumulative, that means, at least hit 8k daily and maybe on weekends go on hikes or run a little.

    Your energy resources (carbs) should be as clean as they come, like fruits, but don’t over do them.
    You don’t need to do heavy abs workout, you can do 10- 15 min routine in the morning.

    So, you start with a weight cut for like 4-6 weeks, Tuna helps a lot with this but one can get disgusted super fast. Lots and LOTS of antiox like Kale, Red Berries, Spinach and Beet. Then you can do MAINTENANCE diet for another 6 week and then see if you like the results. NEVER DO A WEIGHT CUT for more than 9 weeks. Cutting weight makes you depressive and angry. Sleep is important and when you cut weight, it’s hard to sleep. If you find your perfect spot, after these two mesocylces, stay in maintenance for ever but go up at least 1 or 2 kg of muscle and that’s it.

    You can do super heavy abs training and they will pop, but I will suggest doing more core than abs. That means , if you train 5 times a week. Do 3 core, 2 abs.

    But try it. The walking is KEY. You can train hard but going to the gym to lift weight demands more food and fat intake, your body will ask for it.
