I just bought it, gonna tell you in ten minutes
Fierce is expensive nowadays though so I doubt it’s worth it

First impression is that it’s quite good. I actually agree with the fragrantica gays and it seems more similar to Percival than to Fierce actually. But frankly there isn’t enough difference between the three of them to make a detailed commentary, the Zara one is a very good clone and it doesn’t stray far enough from the original Fierce to be called its own thing, so definitely get that one instead of the pricier options

I will add that if you want something more citrusy and fruity, less 90s but a very good fresh option for warmer days nonetheless, consider Sunrise on the Red Sand Dunes, it’s one of the better ones from Zara

It does lack something that made the OG dna so special though, but Fierce has been reformulated to shit over the years so it lacks it too anyway, you’re not going to find the original Fierce scent again. Zara is the next best thing considering the price point

Thanks. Out of curiosity, what makes a smell "90s"?

Yeah maybe it’s a hint of aquatic notes. I wouldn’t call it an aquatic frag though. I don’t really get watermelon from it, the fierce dna to me has always been a seamless blend that ends up smelling like an actual masculine showergel (not the meme "showergel blue frag" term that gets thrown around for frags that don’t even remotely smell like that). It’s clean, very slightly sweet, slightly aquatic, with some green (?) notes in there that are reminiscent of the freshness of a coastline or something.

After wearing it for a bit: longevity seems good enough, projection is quite alright as I could smell my wrist while walking on the street. Overall it’s not really my type of frag (I prefer warm spicies) but I’ll still wear it in the summer, and for the price it’s really good, I don’t regret buying it
Doesn’t smell one-dimensional or low-quality like certain Zara frags do.

            Update on this
Great drydown, dare I say better than Percival’s. Turning into a skin scent now obviously (at that price point hard to expect much else) but it remains good for the whole time it’s on my wrist
