CO2 laser resurfacing. It’s expensive but incredibly effective. I work at a med spa and highly recommend it to patients and have had it done to myself.

However, if you have darker skin, it might not be a good option for you.

If he still has acne, CO2 resurfacing will cause the bacteria to spread everywhere. This should be preceeded by two months of doxycycline if you’ve had acne anytime in the past year to be on the safe side. My dermatologist agrees with my logic by the way. Also should be followed by red-light therapy and if the scars are reduced and only if and after and you are acne free, maintenence UV therapy is the best way of preventing future outbreaks of it.

Learn to accept that you will never be back to 100% smooth skin ever again. Dr. Rullan in San Diego, CA dermatology institute. He does the trio + filler(subcision to break the scar tethers, phenyl cross(stronger than tca, raises ice pick and box car scars), laser for surface). You’d need multiple sessions they’re pretty affordable $4k a session. tbh the laser doesn’t do much at all.

He also offers an entire face phenyl peel which is a 2 day ordeal for $12k + hotel and nurse that will dissolve most of it plus smooth out your pores and skin but you’ll be red as a tomato for 4 months and bright pink for 6 months so can’t go outside as much.

your bread, meat and dairy is laced with hormones, pesticides, heavy metals
even if you switch to all organic now, your body will still label them as "ambiguous" and keep the inflammation up to fight it. gradually you can reintroduced everything from trusted small scale sources.
also forget about cosmetic products. only water, herb oils and natural minerals.

did you know they collect the stuff from mobile toilets and sell it to the skin care industry?

Ok full stop, everyone that says any lifestyle changes talks shit and it won’t REALLY work.

the following things ACTUALLY do something, varying in the span of 1 month to 6 months of usage.

    From cheapest to most expensive:

    >Tretinoin
Effective, Can be very cheap, annoying because any UV/Light will heck you up, use at nights, suncream, best to use in winter

    >Microneedling/Dermarolling
Effective, you can DIY but advised to do it with a professional. You can see results after the 2nd session already, spaced 2 weeks to 1 month apart.

    >Laser
Best, extremely expensive but works very well
