    People should give me more credit for being insanely neurotic about my looks. I would do 1000 pushups a day and water fast locked in my room until I stopped looking like that if I looked like that.
    This is just an offensive eyesore to everyone around him, with so little effort and self reflection, do these people even wipe after pooping?

      Yeah, I don’t understand how people get that way. I get a mini heart attack every time I look at my belly after the holidays but these people are fine walking around with manboobs sticking out.

        For most people, being fat is something that just happens that they have to live with. They’ve been fattening their whole lives. It’s different than a single holiday of bad eating. For you, you feel like you can get fat with a single day of purposely eating bad. For them, they feel like they get fat automatically no matter what they do, and frankly they’re right. All of the research shows fat people have metabolic problems. It’s not what they eat, when, or how much. It’s their hormones. You only get fat when you binge. They get fat all the time and always have.

          i used to be morbidly obese, and lost over 160lbs @ 5’6 with diet exercise and lifestyle changes. i’ve kept it off for over 10 years. i’m now sub 10% bodyfat and incredibly happy with my physique.

          its habitual poor choices they make over a very long period of time. fat people seek silver bullet fixes and fad diets, quick surgical fixes, a magic pill, the easy way out.
          if you make good dietary choices and live an active lifestyle you will lose weight and eventually be in shape. calories in calories out.

          all the research says canola oil is a heart healthy choice. nutrition science is largely a joke and shouldn’t ever be taken seriously. fatty fatty cope cope. ever actually lost weight before? post your before/after?

      The only reason I work out is so that other people have something nice to look at. My face is nice. My body is nice. My clothes are nice. I’m not doing this for me. I’M DOING THIS FOR YOU. I’m the least selfish person on the planet. I’m selfless!

    His biggest problem is that he has absolutely no muscle mass. If he got builtfat, he wouldn’t love the way he looked but he would look better and give himself a good base to cut down and actually look good. If this guy cut down from this, he would just be a twig.

    Being skinny fat is the easiest problem to solve. All you’ve got to do is get on basically any strength program and see it through for 6 to 12 months and you’re halfway to a good body. It’s even better than just being skinny because skinny people are hard gainers. Skinny fat people aren’t hard gainers. They’re just lazy wimps.

    It’s people who are naturally built fat or average fat that have a harder time because they naturally have the muscle but still can’t shed fat.

    You need some kind of interesting design on your clothes. You can’t have a potbelly, no muscle definition, and then wear a tight-fitting sweater that leaves all of it exposed with nothing to counteract it. Everything on this outfit looks like you could buy it at Walmart too. Again, no real design to any of it.

    What’s crazy is all the subreddit s that focus on clothing say that unsolicited advice about their body is an instant ban, yet almost all the "why doesn’t this fit/look like the model?" questions are answered by the fact that they are doughy.

    you are fat, have bad posture, your clothes are too small and tight. the sweater looks cheap. the collar of the shirt looks too stiff to wear it under a sweater. pants too low.
