And no high IQ population to draw a labor pool from, just midwits, 3rd world invaders, and CA escapees. The only thing booming is the nagger population as they flee CA to take jobs here as the locals are big on DIE hiring. Also construction is big at the moment, building plywood shitboxes to house all the newcomers.

            Lot of retirees
Scotts/Paradise Valley has a lot of money, these people invest which doesn't always mean actual economic activity.
Luke AFB and some military installations here and there
State government, it is the capital btw.
Shit city is ringed by casinos to squeeze money from the poor and stupid, lots of service jobs here.
Lots of transport and distribution. Although I've always been curious as to why it is such a hub, there is almost nothing population wise for hundreds of miles around.
If I was a strategic enemy, wouldn't bother even nuking the joint; it's a literal cesspool of human squalor and misery. And at 110° in the summer, imagine the smell.

          Many are in hospitality
          -Bars, nightclubs, tourist shit, etc
Many come from out of state.
          -bring their money
          House flippers
          You have some tech/defense
          Military bases

Tourist shit really is big. Think about it, you have 100k college kids, granted half are poos, that get their student loans/parents and spend
          Another 150k+ community college students

You also have the indian tribes and their casinos/monthly disbursements and gov't checks

You also have to remember there's a lot of white people who just simply lived normally in a low cost state and saved money
At one point a lot of mom and pop shops, not so much anymore, but those old people saved alot
Now they live in a medium-cost state, but it doesn't affect them since they owned their home for 30 years

I can't forget construction. People say 'for now'.... now has been since the 50's, so you have bunches of rich families that just built homes and shit.

Anyway, I didn't spend more than one minute on the map, just a big picture thing. Both conditions can exist simultaneously, and do in the Phoenix area.

It's Mormon McCain conservatism, but it's still conservatism nonetheless.

Arizona isn't really a liberal place.

        >Arizona isn't really a liberal place.
For starting this thread and making 20 posts, you aren't really that bright. It would be more correct to say that AZ isn't really a conservative place. It is only nominally conservative when it comes to financial matters because of the influence of wealthy people. It is fiscally conservative in the sense that the rich desire to (and do) import browns and then milk them as a servile slave caste.. It is not socially conservative whatsoever. Besides the fraudulent goings on in recent elections, large numbers of CA transplants have altered the demographics irreversibly. Combine that with the latino hordes and Democrat rule and you have a recipe for further brazilification in the next decade.

I wish I had taken a picture, and I may run out tonight and get one, but the City of Phoenix actually has roadsigns (think a no parking sign, same size and style) that tell you it is not required to give money to panhandlers. The state exploits the addictions of the populace and uses that money to fill it's coffers. As more and more people are brought low and used up, it becomes necessary to import fresh meat from other states and countries to continue the cycle. It's truly a dystopian environment and must be seen and experienced to get a full appreciation for it.

Flirted with taking a promotion there late last year, early this year. Flew out there about a dozen times checking out the site I would have taken over. All I saw was one story buildings and strip malls, as far as the eye could see. Have to take a freeway to get anywhere, it's more spread out than LA. Crappy little airport. Chain retail and food places everywhere. Kind of a suburban nightmare, and conservative politics to boot. Glad I bailed on the job.

Just in 1 year I have noticed someone (I’m too lazy to research it) has bussed in thousands of people from Chicago, Detroit, New Orleans, and Houston. Just usual homosexualry. It did kind of make an opportunity though. I liked the black people in my high school since I could hang out with them to spite the gay homosexual whitoids. I'm pretty much a coal burner that lucked out by being born male instead of female. Now that I think about it, I could put it this way. If it wasn't for Western Civilization values then I'd be in those dime a dozen medieval fantasys where the church is evil and all the people are npcs but it's okay because this gives the edgy protagonist an excuse to torture them.
