difference between naggers and people
It is my understanding that the Britfag captain personally picked the shortest soldiers from each country
Funny enough the Americans didn't like the idea of getting buck broken by the English, so they sent a tall soldier instead
Why did the British want to humiliate their allies so bad? I don't know
Propaganda. Look at all the pre-world war footage, its nothing but marches. Marches for the army, marches for the poor. Marches for the religious and marches for the KKK. Back than it was all about uniforms and marches
I'm guessing this photo is from that part in China that was controlled by an alliance of European forces
I watched a documentary about it but forgot the details
/misc/ is too autistic to have fun
To be a good historical reference source for future generations.
>they fudosofixikxkskdjdnrn
Reality
>yo we should get all of us together for a picture because we look different and it’s funny
God help your kids
To show the Anglo superiority. We're bigger, stronger, more intelligent, more courageous, more inventive, more industrious, more handsome.. We're literally just the fucking master race and i'm tired of pretending we're not. We're a mix of Britons, Germans & Vikings.
So, unironically mutts?
It's amazing that britfags can be mutts but inbred at the same time.
Boxer rebellion, I think. They have the uniforms of those nations that put down the Chinese.
shortest to tallest trained monkeys
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boxer_Rebellion
I mean, Op probably got the picture from the wikipage.
Honestly, didn't they teach you children history in High school? Ya'all be damned ignorant.
We know it's from the Boxer rebellion you fags, we are talking about the propaganda context of the picture
The propaganda context is to show how the civilized western world is coming together to fuck up China.
today I learned (once again) /misc/ is full of retards.
what's up with Italy?
What's the difference between Marines and Army?
Those days marines were in fact part of the navy and not army.
Originally Marines were for ship-to-ship fighting (such as a naval boarding party)
most sources say
>from left; Britain, USA, Russia, India, Germany, France, Austria-Hungary, Italy and Japan
did the wiki israelite cancel us from historical pictures too?
why do they count the hats. america should be above the brit, the german above the indian, and the austro-hungarian above the french
people back then took hats a lot more seriously
Why did the Americans never call their realm empire?
we genocided all the other nations that lived under us into not existing, or political irrelevancy.
Defense of Peking during the boxer insurrection. These are soldiers of the nations that fought side by side.
Fun fact about the boxer rebellion: the other nations fought with guns and swords, but the Americans fought with giant bear claw mitts.
I don't know what their intentions were, but I know what my intentions are.
OOPS, forgot picture.
Rolll
Oh shit, remember what happened the last time Germany and Mexico tried to team up?
#3 looks like Russian army
This makes sense. ruzzian uniforms wouldn't have looked like that. Also, #3 from the left is obviously a sailor, not an army man.
This pic seems conclusive, they are Australian sailors wearing the exact same uniform.
uniforms back in the Empire days were such an unconstant thing. different ship crews could have different uniforms.
most sources say - it is.
r0llan anyway
Thought 2 is russian. Damn why do wypipo look all da same
Showing strenght by getting a tall soldier mogging the others photographed, the boxers were right and were fighting for freedom from imperialists
Supposedly an actual pic of ruzzians from the Boxer rebellion. White summer uniform
To MOG the world
This is the Eight-Nation Alliance that defeated the Boxer Rebellion. The rebellion was an anti-colonial revolt that intended to remove the colonial powers from China. It also had a strong anti-Christian sentiment.
These soldiers represent each of the nations of the alliance. They were primarly fighting to protect their nationals and private property, not the Chinese.
1. British
2. American
3. Australian
4. Indian (Raj)
5. German
6. French
7. Austria-Hungary
8. Italy
9. Japan
Russia was a coalliton member but isn't in the picture. The Netherlands also participated to a degree.
The image was taken to show off the coallition soldiers who defended law and order in Qing Dynasty China.
Anglos were trying to mog other countries. Funnily enough, Australians were taller than British at the time because of better nutrition.
really makes you think what they put into our food that makes us so much bigger nowadays
