Im letting my hair grow and it has gotten to the beginning of that awkward phase.
My face is a little wider than timmy and the hair is about the same length as picrel
What should I do?

Slick it back using your favorite styling product (paste, mousse, pomade...)
I dont think that would work for me
I feel like my hair does that but less extreme
Your hair is frizzy, dry and unstyled. Why you men are incapable of problem solving is beyond me. Book in a styling service with a good hair dresser, let them know that you're growing your hair out but want something manageable. The first thing they'll do is trim your dead ends and most importantly, use thinking shears to take out volume and weight (this is important)
Also buy the products they recommend you, treat goals and get a hair mask or some shit.
Thinning shears *

Did that. He just trimmed my dead ends and told me I was good to go.
ig it wasn't that good of a hairdresser. I payed like 30€ for that shitty trim
>Also buy the products they recommend you, treat goals and get a hair mask or some shit
I haven't been recommended anything :/
Don't go to a male barber and expect to pay 100+, that's your problem. Look on insta for GOOD hairstylist who mostly work on women, they actually know their shit. Male barbers only work with short hair they don't give a Fuck
The dude had luscious long hair so idk why he wouldn't know about longer hair
And it was a salon for women but they had a male area
>He
There's your problem
>thinking shears
why do absolute noob losers so boldly give out advice that is detrimental on the internet is beyond me.
Thinning shears to remove bulk is common maintenance and comfort you twat. Dude has a mop of hair and thinning out would let it sit more naturally on his head.
You have a wealth of information at your fingertips, it just takes dedication and effort to learn. Just start by searching YouTube videos about caring for your hair. Try to find someone that has similar hair to you texture/health wise and also race.
That's what I started doing this evening. I wanted to try this site too since I don't really trust youtubers, I'm trying to find a channel that seems to give advice out of passion not for money
My hair is similar and I just grew it out, how do i actually do maintenance on it? I live in a small town so there is nobody good enough to do it for me or teach me. I decided to grow out my hair then worry about how to make it look good when its long enough but I realized I don't actually know anything about hair
That's what I thought about mine as well until I noticed it's the best thing I've ever done with it. This dried out frizz fro you've got going on makes you look like a twink, and to get rid of it you need to style your hair and fix it in place a bit until it grows long enough to hold itself down, and also start moisturizing it better.
stop brushing it and try scrunching it instead to curl it up
try wetting your hair putting a bit of matte pomade in it and just fucking it all up with your hands, then wait for it to dry and try to style it then with no combing or brushing
get it thinned/shaped, brush it less, prob could condition it more
what exactly is timothy chalamets hair
in some pics (like that one) i think "wow his hair fr like mine no cap"
but then in others its completely different
Naturally wavy hair does this, some people can go anywhere between 2A and 2C just depending on how they wash their hair, what products they use and how they dry it
true i guess, how i dry my hair definitely impacts how it will looks for the rest of the day
>should I look like current celebrity
No you'll end up looking like a homosexual like everyone thats tried to imitate an astroturfed celeb
you just gotta wait until it grows more
